Australia sat on his knees chained to the ground. He also now had the Union Jack paper stuck to his head again, just as in his days as a colony. Although, now he was going back to those days again with his dear Oceania.

Australia was still bleeding and bruised as he just got out of the war he lost against the British Empire. New Zealand, in not much of a better condition, suspects that USA aided Britain, who they might now be enforced to call 'Their Queen'.

Australia knelt on the floor glaring at Commonwealth who was passing Papua, New Guinea, or as one Papua New Guinea, Australia's children, Fiji, North Island, New Zealand and Australia himself, their charges for war crimes they committed in the war. The rest of Oceania gave support but didn't actually give troops, as they didn't have a big enough army. Actually, Fiji herself didn't have a big enough army, but she was insistent in helping Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea, who Australia wasn't even fond of putting in the war. But alas Papua and New Guinea were both insistent.

"Oh please. We only did those war crimes to survive all the war crimes you guys were committing against us!" Australia yelled out of turn as the list just kept falling. Almost as soon as it was said Australia was kicked in the back of his ribs with enough force, he was pretty sure some broke. Sure enough that kick actually sent Australia to the ground, skidding his cheek on the cold floor a bit. He could taste blood in his mouth.

Australia looked behind him to see the bitch who'd kicked him, but froze in fear when he realised it was none other than Great Britain. Australia had assumed it was United Kingdom, who usually was relatively unwilling to hurt the 'colonies', as they now were, and probably wouldn't have been looking at Australia or avoiding eye contact. But there Great Britain was, glaring down at Australia, which filled him with fear he could not describe.

"I believe you have a right to remain silent." Great Britain said sternly before directing her deadly eyes toward New Zealand who had also been making bitter comments along side Australia.
"Have anything to say?" She said slightly lowering herself towards New Zealand's level in a menacing way, which for context, Great Britain was 7'1 ft. and Islands with few exceptions like Japan and Great Britain herself grew taller than 5'5 ft. no matter the size of their island. New Zealand looked down, bowing his head down to the empire.

"No, your majesty." He said between clenched teeth. Great Britain then straightened herself before glaring at Papua, New Guinea, North Island and Fiji as a warning knowing the three girls were also guilty of snarky commentary.

Australia had finally forced himself off the ground, in great pain, and got back into a kneeling position. He didn't even want to see the look on his dear Oceanic islands faces. He even more wistfully looked back up at Commonwealth in sign of 'respect', but it was more not wanting to be kicked back to the hard wooden floors of the court room again. Australia got bored of listening to the war crimes he already did, he knew he did them, so why keep babbling on telling him?
He decided to actually examine the room. Great Britain didn't seem to be paying attention to him anyways.

Australia saw the other oceanic islands sitting on one side of the room, they all looked worried, he wished he could take that away from them. Then in the middle were a bunch of humans, loyal to Great Britain, and some organisations. On the other side were some Asia Pacific countries that happened to support them, namely Indonesia, Malaysia and Phillipines. Australia noticed some eyes between Phillipines and North. Cute.
On the same side were Great Britain, Scotland, Wales, North Ireland, Ireland and United Kingdom. UK didn't make eye contact with anyone. She just stared at the ground in pity for them, although she sat in the proper posture GB would have her sit in. Actually, none of them, with the exception of Great Britain, seemed have find any pleasure in this, most of them looked at everything but the trail. Although Scotland and Ireland were made of sterner stuff, although they did not enjoy the trail, knowing the inevitable, they stomached it and watched it like queens.
