London, UK

The jet landed at the airport and Scarlet alighted from the jet, wearing her Chanel sunglasses, "I just love the smell of London air, so rich, so different." Chris rolled his eyes, "Smells like normal air to me Annah." He studied his sister's appearance, "Why are you wearing your sunglasses at 8pm?"

"I don't expect you to understand how to make an entrance after carrying out a homicide and getting a lot of cash in one night." Scarlet said, letting out a sigh. Christopher raised his hands and gave her an applause, "Wow, what an icon."

She wanted to say something but Christopher spoke up, shutting her down, "Oh look, our ride is here." Scarlet rolled her eyes before she walked to the car and greeted the driver before sitting down inside, "Isn't this your car that we used in Las Vegas?" She said to Christopher, looking at the interior.

"Yes. I had the interior washed because of you." He said, glaring bullets at her. She shrugged and looked out the window, her old memories playing in her head. 'Who would have thought that I would still remember every detail from that night?' She said to herself.

They arrived at their boss's mansion and Scarlet was the first one to get out of the car, banging the car's door in the process, "HEY!!" Chris yelled after her, "WHAT DID MY BABY DO TO YOU?!"

Scarlet saying nothing, entered the mansion. She walked pass the butler, ignoring his greeting then she paused and turned to return the greeting, "Hey George, sorry I was being rude to you. I'm kind of in a bad mood right now." She said giving the butler a small smile.

"I guess Mister Whitlock had a hand in your sour mood." He said with a chuckle. "Oh you know me too well George. Where's my father?" Scarlet asked the old man. "In his study." He replied.

She thanked him and went to her father's study, knocking seven times, she entered and her father's chair was facing backwards before he turned, revealing Nicholas, the man who saved her 21 years ago. "My dear Scarlet, you haven't stopped your habit of knocking seven times." He smiled.

"Can't teach old dogs' new tricks father." She beamed. Nicholas laughed, "How was your trip to Las Vegas?" Hearing that Scarlet rolled her eyes and her behavior made Nicholas a bit confused, because Scarlet is always happy after assassinating someone.

"What's wrong? I trust you to have gotten the job done, so why are you in a bad mood?" Nicholas asked, furrowing his brows. At that moment Christopher came into the study room, "Good evening dad."

"Chris, what did you do?" Nicholas asked his only son. "I don't understand. What do you mean?" Christopher asked, his brows furrowing in confusion. "Well Scarlet is angry and I have this certain feeling that it's your fault." Nicholas said, glaring at his son.

"I didn't do anything." Chris defended. Hearing that made Scarlet let out a scoff, "Well father, guess what your smart son did yesterday. This oversized nincompoop interjected my mission!" She ended with a glare to Chris's direction.

"I wanted to make sure you were safe, Daniel had a lot of bodyguards!" Chris defended. "And what would you have done?! Hit them on the head with a laptop?! Or perhaps you would have..." "Enough." Nicholas only said one word to stop their bickering.

"Now, Christopher, why did you intervene in Scarlet's mission?" Nicholas asked calmly. "I just wanted to be sure that she'll be okay. She acts like she's tough but we all know that she isn't. So what if you started killing people at 16..." "14." Scarlet said cutting him off.

"Okay~ so what if you had started killing people at the age of 14? You're still that little girl that was scared 21 years ago. I don't want anything to happen to you because... Because you're my sister Annah!" He said, yelling the last part.
