“Ima kill that nigga!” Duke grabs Fanum before he could make it to Jordyn. “Let me go! Let me go! I can’t lose her Duke!” Fanum can't hold back his tears any longer “I love her! I love that girl, man!”

Duke POV
He really cares about this girl. This shit is gonna break his heart if he loses her.
“Ok you need to calm down! That's my baby in there! You will not come in and make this about you!” Shadow snaps
Shadow POV
I may have been projecting but that is my daughter. I deserve a say so. He loves her? That's impossible. She's her mother's child. I drilled “It's better to be feared than loved.” into her head because nobody is capable of loving someone like her. You can't love someone who's done some of the shit that she's done.
Shadow's thoughts are interrupted by the doctor.
“Wait, did you say your name is Jordyn?”
“Yeah. I'm her bf btw. Not her brother so y'all can change that.” Looking at and smirking Fanum.
“What tf are you smiling for! You lucky we in a fuckin hospital”
“I'm sorry but you're not the one listed” The doctor honestly looks a little relieved.

“What!” Londyn and Jordyn shout
“We don't have a brother!”

Shadow sits down and puts her head in her hands.
