After Akaida's phone call, everyone gathered and prepared to leave for the mall. They split into two groups for the ride: Eshaan and Ekaksh and Kiansh joined Akaida in her G-Wagon, with Akaida driving and Ekaksh in the passenger seat, while Eshaan and Kiansh took the back seat. The rest of the group-Mayank, Aarav, Vihaan, Sakshi, and Vidhi-piled into Vihaan's car. When they reached the mall, they met the Raizada siblings-Simi, Priya, Dhairya, Prashant, and Arjun-who were already waiting for them. Handshakes and greetings were exchanged, and they all entered the mall together.
The group headed straight for the men's section. The girls, naturally, were busy helping the boys pick out clothes. As they browsed through the racks, everyone was standing together when a store manager approached them.
"Ma'am, you here?" the manager, Mr. Mehra, exclaimed.
Akaida mentally facepalmed. Of course, the manager knew her-she owned the mall. She noticed everyone staring at her strangely, except for Eshaan and Ekaksh, who were in on the secret. With a cold, stern voice, Akaida replied, "Yes, Mr. Mehra. Any problem?"
Mr. Mehra quickly responded, "No, ma'am. No problem at all."
Everyone else, apart from Eshaan and Ekaksh, continued to look at her with curiosity and confusion. Akaida simply shrugged it off, grabbing Eshaan and Ekaksh by the hands and said "Kiansh come with me you also need clothes". and dragging them along to choose clothes for them. She picked out a variety of shirts, t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and sweatpants.
As everyone continued shopping, Eshaan and Ekaksh made sure to pick out some clothes for Akaida as well. Knowing her love for oversized clothes, they chose some items from the men's section. The group eventually moved on to the ladies' section, completing their shopping spree there as well.
After a while, Akaida turned to Ekaksh and said, "Aksh, I'm hungry. Let's go to the food court. We can finish our shopping after we eat."
Ekaksh nodded in agreement, and the group made their way to the food court. They found a table and settled down, ready to enjoy some food and recharge before continuing their shopping adventure.
They all sat down in the food court and started talking. The atmosphere was filled with lighthearted banter when suddenly Akaida's phone rang. She picked it up, her usual cold tone in place.
"Hello," she said.
"Hello," the person on the other end replied. It was Anthony Russo, the American mafia boss. "When are you coming?"
"I'll be there at 7 p.m.," Akaida replied.
"Ok," Anthony said, and the call ended.
Everyone stared at her, clearly curious and expecting answers. Akaida simply shrugged and resumed eating, offering no explanation. The group followed her lead, and soon everyone finished their food.
Akaida broke the silence by announcing, "I am not paying the bill."
Eshaan immediately countered, "I am also not paying. It's your turn."
Ekaksh argued back, "I paid last time. It's your turn."
Eshaan insisted, "No, it's her turn. She'll pay."
Akaida firmly declared, "Nope, not happening."
Their argument over who should pay for the meal continued until Arjun intervened. He pulled out his card and said, "Don't fight, I'll pay."
All three of them-Eshaan, Ekaksh, and Akaida-shouted simultaneously, "Noooo!" Their protest was loud and in unison, causing heads to turn and amused glances to spread across the food court.
