Chay giggles and rolls around in his bed, plugging his phone in and putting it on the nightstand. Then he rolls over to his back, hands wide open, he is looking up at his ceiling where a chandelier depicting the solar system is slowly turning around in a circle. It was a birthday gift from Kim last year and Chay loves lying in bed and looking at it before sleeping whenever he misses Kim. They haven't seen each other the entire weekend. Which, yes, to some might be just two days, but to Chay, it feels more like two years. All he wants is to be with Kim 24/7. Everything is better with Kim. Even lying in bed and watching the solar system chandelier turning around over and over again would be better with Kim...
A knock at the door makes Chay stop thinking how much he misses Kim for a moment. "Come in," he calls out, and a second later, the door opens, and his brother walks in.
"You aren't still on the phone with Kim, are you?"
Chay rolls his eyes, "no, I'm not, hia. And even if I were, you wouldn't be able to stop me."
Porsche chuckles and sits down on the bed next to Chay, "so, how are you two? Everything's fine? Kim is being nice to you?"
"Everything's perfect, hia," Chay grins and hugs a raccoon plushie that Kim gave him just last week when they went on a date. "P'Kim loves me soooo much. You don't have to worry."
"Good because I like him. I wouldn't want to beat the shit out of him."
"You wouldn't want to beat the shit out of him because you are literally dating his brother, hia," Chay laughs.
"Well," Porsche shrugs, "Kinn wouldn't be exactly happy about it; that's true."
"Does this little interrogation have a reason, or are you just curious?" Chay raises his eyebrow, questioning his brother.
"I just wanted to check on how my little brother's relationship is doing, can't I?"
"No, you can," Chay smiles. "Well, everything is so good, hia. The only thing that sucks is that I miss him whenever we aren't together. Do you miss p'Kinn, too?"
"Badly," Porsche replies with a dreamy look in his eyes and stands up. "Sleep well, nong. I'll see you in the morning."
"Night night, hia," Chay yawns, rolls to the other side of the bed, and after he wraps a blanket around him, he slowly falls asleep with the thought of Kim holding him in his arms, on his mind.
