No Boyfriends Allowed!

Chapter 9

I ask him as I look him over. He is good looking with black short hairs, and brown eyes but his vibe doesn't look like my type.

"Hi I am Jay and your name?" He asks while looking at me with a smile.

"Its Ivy." I say perplexed at how fast he asked my name.

"Wow such a beautiful name you have just like you." He smiles even more brightly at me.

"Can I help you?" I asks him because I don't know where this is going.

"Oh I saw you at your table and I just couldn't stop thinking about you." He admits while keep holding my eyes.

"Oh!" Is the only reaction I have and I don't like where this conversation is going.

"It's just that your so cute and I was thinking if you would like to go out with me?" He asked unsure of himself but he smiled nonetheless.

"Oh I am sorry but I can't." I try to smile as I reject him.

"What?" He says with hurt in his eyes as his smiles falls from his face  and my heart aches for him but I can't do anything. "But why?"

"I'm really sorry but my parents won't allow me to date anyone at the moment." I really don't want to talk to a stranger any longer but I don't know how to cut a chat.

"But_" He is saying as he takes a step towards me unconsciously.

"Ivy!" I hear a beautiful voice call my name from behind me and it makes my heart skip a beat and makes Jay to look behind me which causes his eyes to narrow. "What are you doing still here?" Jungkook asks me as he comes to stand beside me.

"Well I'll see you later Ivy." Jay says with visible hurt in his eyes as he looks at me than at Jungkook and than walks away.

"Umm did I interrupt something?" Jungkook asks with his innocent looking eyes and I try not to look at them and inhale a breath.

"Let's go!" I say as I turn and start walking and Jungkook walks beside me and we both sit down at our table.

"What happened to you?" Laila asks me, as she scans my face.

"Yeah because I saw the waiter walking right towards you when you left." Lisa says.

"So come on we know something happened so spill the beans." Laila begs me to tell her what happened.

"Uh he told me his name which is Jay and asked mine and than he asked for a date." I tell her because I can't believe that I just rejected someone but than I realize I said that out loud and everyone heard me.

"Woah!" Laila exclaims processing the information she just received.

"I know what your gonna say that I shouldn't have rejected him but I can't date or my father will kill me! Like Literally!" I tell her anyway before she can say something. She just looks at me perplexed.

"Its alright! Nothing happened." Lisa places a hand on my shoulder as I slump against my seat lost of appetite with a frown, trying to avoid everyone's eye.

"Yah Jungkook-ah!" Jin exclaims with a small smile after a while and shows Jungkook his glass of coffee. "You put chocolate balls in my coffee didn't you?"

"How'd you know?" He asks with a smile which reminds me of a bunny as he looks in his drink than his face.

"Yah you brat! I know it's you because only you treat me like this!" Jin exclaims in anger but fails to hide the big smile on his face while Jungkook also smiles at him. Seeing their bickering makes me smile also. "Did you forget the one time you put chocolate balls in my ramen."

"I still remember that day!" Hobi laughs at the memory.

"Hyung you can take mine because I haven't drank it yet." Taehyung suggests as he puts his cup in front of Seokjin. "I think they got our orders mixed up because I hate coffee!"

"Why didn't you say anything earlier?" Jimin asks him with a frown. "Don't worry I'll bring you a strawberry milkshake right away!" Jimin gives Taehyung a smile and stands up and quickly walks towards the counter.

"Here you go than!" Taehyung passes his coffee towards Jin.

"No he will take mine." Jungkook says as he pushes Tae's cup back, because he is sitting between them both and puts his in front of Jin. "Right hyung."

"But haven't you already taken a few sips?" Asks Suga with an expression which says that I can't believe I'm friends with him.

"Yeah but it's still full and Seokjin hyung doesn't mind sharing." Jungkook says as he looks at Jin.

"Whatever." Jin says as he picks up Jungkook's drinks and drinks it all up in three gulps.

"Hyung! You drank all of it." Jungkook snatches the cup from his hands and smiles nonetheless as he looks inside. And smacks Jin on the arm multiple times while Jin starts laughing his windshield laughter.

"Here you go Tae." Jimin gives Teahyung a strawberry milkshake and comes back towards his seat. He smiles as Teahyung starts drinking it but he doesn't acknowledge Jimin which makes the said boy to look away with a blank face but I can see hurt in his eyes. Taehyung only eats his snacks.

"You meanie." Jungkook says to Jin as he stops hitting him and than locks eyes with me. And I find myself trapped in those mesmerizing doe eyes. How can a boy look so innocent?

"Serves you right." Jin says as his laughter subsides.

"Remind me to never let you guys sit next to each other ever again." Namjoon says after he is done making his list of things.

"Of course we won't hyung." Jungkook says as he picks up Jin's cola and takes a few sips from it before putting it back.

"Well I have made the list of things to pack now I am sending it to you and please pack these all." Namjoon says as he keeps looking at his phone. "Ivy and Laila can I have your numbers? I mean just for the trip than I will delete them." Namjoon asks us both with a polite smile.

"Sure." Laila says as she takes his phone to type her number in it. "Here you go." She hands me his phone than.

"Umm Namjoon!" I draw his attention. "Please don't give my number to anyone else." I ask him with a shy smile.

"Of course I won't but why would you think I would do that?" He asks me with a playful smirk.

"Its because a lot of people asks for her number from me and I don't give it to anyone, So they might ask from you if they find out you have it too." Laila has no problem in explaining all my life miseries to these guys so easily.

I think I need to talk to her about this. But than again my heart fills with warmth that my friend knows my miseries so much and is still always there for me in thick and thin.
