CHAPTER NINETEEN
You Stole Another Bike

"There's not a chance of locating Nyah until I can access the satellite. And there's not a chance of doing that until I can get this computer fixed. And that's taking a while." Luther explained. "How much time does she have left?"

"Not long. But whatever happens, Nyah will take care of Nyah."

"What do you mean?" Billy questioned.

"Unless we dose her with Bellerophon, Nyah will kill herself. So first things first..." Ethan started.

Lorelai happily rode the motorcycle. She was ahead of Ambrose and his team, which meant she was able to park and stretch for a second while she quickly replaced the bandage on her wound. Then the team arrived.

"You alright, mates? Looks like pretty heavy security from here. What's it look like from there?"

"Risky."

Lorelai looked at Ethan, who was beside her. "Want me to shoot him?"

Ethan sighed, "no."

Then he jumped up and kicked the guy in the chest, sending him down the bank.

"So you can do that, but I can't shoot him?" Lorelai asked, putting her hands on her hips.

"You're on a time-out from shooting people right now." Ethan told her.

Lorelai nodded absentmindedly. "Why did I come up here? I'm not going in with you." She started to walk away.

"Be safe."

"I'm always safe." Lorelai smirked.

"Please."

Lorelai scoffed, walking away from him, not noticing that he was fiddling with something in his jacket pocket, he would have lied about what it was, he'd just say it was his mom's wedding ring he kept with him that she gave him, but it wasn't his mom's.

She sat on the seat of the motorcycle, just waiting. Lorelai heard Luther say something about Nyah being in Sydney somewhere. Lorelai waited a long time before Ethan said something through the earpiece. "I got it."

Lorelai smiled, then she put the pedal to the ground and drove off to find Ethan. Then she saw the guys coming up from the underground base.

"Ethan!" She yelled, grabbing her gun with one hand.

Then she started shooting at some of them. Then Ethan shot at the hazardous waste bottles and it blew it up. Lorelai quickly got Ethan on the back of the motorcycle. "How did you know to get me?!' He hollered through the wind.

"It's you! I knew you'd find another way to almost get killed!"

Then Ethan shot two guys on different bikes and jumped off Lorelai's and onto a different one.

"Luther, clear the bridge for us!" Ethan ordered.

They managed to get on the bridge and rode through an explosion.
