130 ac, the lord of the tides
Vada was in her room sewing when she realized her book was gone, the book was about the Targaryen's, it was her favorite, she quickly got up and ran around the halls, she swung open a door and saw Jace, "Have you seen my book?" Vada asked her brother, "No I have not." Jace replied, Vada let out a loud sigh when her mother came in, "Jacaerys, Vada, hello my dears." Rhaenyra said with a soft smile, "Hello mother." The two twins said in unison, "Mother have you seen my book, the one about the Targaryen's" Vada asked her, "Check with Lucerys I saw him putting up some books." Rhaenyra said smiling at her daughter, "Thank you." Vada said as she ran out. She went to Luke's chambers and knocked 3 times, "Enter." Luke yelled, Vada opened the door and slipped inside, "Have you seen my book?" Vada questioned her younger brother, "You have like thousands so you're going to have to be more specific." Lucerys said, "The one about the Targaryen's" Vada answered, clearly annoyed, "Oh." He said getting up, heading over to his book shelf, "Here, Joffrey picked it up so I put it with all the other books." He said handing the small book to her, "Thanks." She said with a wide smile on her face.
A few hours passed by since Vada had found her book, she heard a knock on her door, "You may enter." She yelled softly but loud enough for the person on the other side of the door to hear, "Vada, my sweet, I need to speak with you." Rhaenyra said grabbing her daughter's hands, "We are to leave." She said, "Oh, to where?" Vada asked her mother, "King's Landing." Rhaenyra answered, "Why?" Vada said with a confused expression on her face, "They're questioning Lucerys's claim.", "I understand." Vada said looking up at her mother with a slight smile, "Good, I suggest start packing, we leave on the Morrow." Rhaenyra stated as she started walking out. Vada just stood there for a couple of minutes, she soon started packing a few dresses, 2 pairs of shoes, socks, and jewelry. She reached for the necklace she had been wearing, the necklace her father gave her, she breathed in and out, she found solace in that necklace, it was the last thing she had of her father.
