Chapter 1

Luz lost herself in the stars. They were so beautiful and majestic. She wished they could solve her problems, sadly that wasn't the truth. Luz had to do something to escape this mess in the Boiling Isles, but she didn't want to leave this place or abandon her friends. She had to face this problem head on. It looks like she would need more time to find a solid solution. Luz looked at the stars one time before going back inside.

She would soon find her solution waiting in the stars.

Hunter was preparing for another day of training as usual, but something was on his mind which disturbed him. There were many rumors going around in the coven about the Day of Unity, of course it was nothing, it just made Hunter uneasy of what was really gonna happen. His thoughts were paused by a knock on the door. "Yes," said Hunter. "Emperor Belos wishes to see you", replied the scout on the other side of the door.

Anyone would be lost in the castle, but Hunter knew every room and every single wall. He had been studying for a long time and the main throne room is in the middle of the building. He just didn't want to go there, but defying Belos wasn't an option, so Hunter walked in. The last thing he heard was the closing of the carefully crafted and detailed doors that covered the throne room.

"You wanted to see me sir.", said Hunter. "Yes that would be correct, as you see the day of unity is only a few days upon us and there are many preparations happening" declared the all too familiar voice. "I want you to organize all the files so everything goes according to plan" ordered Emperor Belos. "Will do", answered Hunter. "Good you can start right away, I am sure you know where the archives are,". "I will do my best sir".

Hunter was now in the dusty basement of the castle aka. 'the archives'. This was his best chance at finding the truth about the day of unity. Problem was that specific files were protected, the Day of Unity Plans weren't an exception, by the universal castle or a key that could open any door in the castle (Basically a key to the city) and only Belos kept this key. Luckily he already made a copy of it with wood, as Hunter knew it would come handy, and he kept it with him at all times. Hunter knew this was the moment of truth and he would have all the answers. What the files contained was the most diabolical and foolproof plan he had ever seen.

Luz was having a pretty normal day except all the pressure that lied on her. You know the feeling when you have something urgent to do but avoid it, and you know you still have to do it? Luz couldn't agree more. She was going to try to make a plan to fix this mess she was in. She had to.

Outside The Owl House a cute little red bird was flying to her window sill as silently as it could.
