As the weeks passed, Y/n's father, Y/d, made a gradual recovery. The hospital visits became less frequent, but the emotional toll on Y/n was evident. The strain of balancing her father's health, Kartik's business struggles, and the continued harassment from Rohan was overwhelming. Yet, through it all, Y/n remained a pillar of strength for both her family and Kartik.

One day, while Y/n was at the hospital with her father, Kartik received a letter from an anonymous sender. When he opened it, his face paled. The letter contained a series of threats, demanding that Kartik abandon his business and leave town, or face severe consequences. The handwriting was unmistakable—it was Rohan's.

Desperate for answers, Kartik decided to confront Rohan directly. He reached out to his private investigator and managed to track Rohan down to a secluded café in the outskirts of town. With his heart pounding, Kartik entered the café, scanning the room for Rohan.

Rohan was seated in a corner, his expression cold and calculating. When he saw Kartik approaching, he smirked. "Kartik, to what do I owe the pleasure?"

Kartik took a deep breath, his anger barely contained. "Rohan, I know you're behind the threats and the rumors. Why are you doing this?"

Rohan leaned back in his chair, his eyes gleaming with malice. "You think you can come in here and demand answers? I've been trying to get rid of you because you're a threat to my plans. Y/n was meant to be mine."

Kartik's fists clenched. "You're pathetic, Rohan. You've tried to ruin my life and destroy my reputation. I won't let you succeed."

Rohan's smirk widened. "You can try all you want, but you're out of your depth. I have connections and resources you can't even imagine."

Kartik's resolve hardened. "We'll see about that. I'm not backing down."

As Kartik left the café, he knew he had to be more strategic. He gathered evidence of Rohan's illegal activities and reached out to trusted allies for support. He was determined to expose Rohan for the criminal he was and put an end to his threats once and for all.

Meanwhile, Y/n was back at the hospital, sitting by her father's bedside. She received a call from Y/m, her voice filled with urgency. "Y/n, you need to come home. There's been a break-in."

Y/n's heart raced. "What happened?"

Y/m's voice shook. "The house was ransacked. It looks like someone was searching for something. I'm scared, Y/n."

Y/n's worry for her family surged. "I'll be home as soon as I can."

When Y/n arrived at her house, she found the front door ajar and the interior in disarray. The police were already there, taking statements and collecting evidence. Y/m was sitting on the couch, her face pale and tear-streaked.

"Are you alright, Mum?" Y/n asked, rushing to her mother's side.

Y/m nodded shakily. "I'm fine, but the house is a mess. They didn't steal anything, but it's clear they were looking for something specific."

Y/n's mind raced. "Rohan must be behind this. He's trying to intimidate us."

As the police continued their investigation, Y/n received a message from Kartik. "I have a lead on Rohan's activities. Meet me at the office."

With a sense of urgency, Y/n went to Kartik's office. Kartik was there, going through a pile of documents and files. His face was lined with exhaustion but determination.

"I've found something," Kartik said, showing Y/n a series of documents linking Rohan to organized crime. "If we can present this evidence to the authorities, we might be able to put an end to his threats."

Y/n looked at the documents, her eyes widening. "This is solid evidence. We need to get this to the police immediately."

Kartik nodded. "I've already contacted my lawyer and the authorities. They're prepared to take action."

Just as they were about to leave, the office door burst open, and Rohan stormed in, his face twisted with rage.

"You think you can play games with me, Kartik? I won't be intimidated," Rohan spat, his voice filled with menace.

Kartik and Y/n exchanged worried glances, but Y/n's resolve remained firm. "Rohan, your schemes are over. We have evidence of your crimes, and we're taking it to the authorities."

Rohan's face turned a deep shade of red. "You're making a big mistake. You'll regret this."

Kartik stepped forward, his voice steady. "The only mistake was ever crossing us. We're not backing down."

Rohan's eyes flashed with fury as he stormed out of the office, slamming the door behind him. Y/n and Kartik, their hearts racing, knew they had taken a significant step toward bringing Rohan to justice.

As they left the office, Y/n took Kartik's hand in hers. "We've come this far, Kartik. No matter what happens next, we face it together."

Kartik squeezed her hand, his eyes filled with gratitude and love. "Absolutely, Y/n. Together, we can overcome anything."

With renewed determination, Y/n and Kartik prepared to face the final showdown with Rohan, knowing that their love and courage were their greatest strengths.
