Jungkook pov
The first notes of the song washed over me, a wave of electricity that chased away the last of my nervousness. I belted out the lyrics, feeling the music course through me. Everything else faded away - the mask, the hat, the worry about being recognized. I was just Jungkook, lost in the joy of singing.
The final note hung in the air, and I slowly opened my eyes. A wave of relief washed over me. No one seemed to have noticed. Maybe they didn't recognize me, or maybe they just didn't care. A silly grin spread across my face. I'd gotten so caught up in hiding that I almost forgot the whole point - to have fun!
"Should I go for another one?" I muttered to myself, already scanning the song list.
This time, there was no hesitation. I picked a song, a lively one, and let loose. I swayed with the rhythm, my voice soaring above the quiet city night. It felt incredible - so free, so uninhibited. Here I was, singing my heart out in a foreign city, anonymous and carefree. It was a feeling I wouldn't soon forget. i put my mask and cap back
As the last chord faded, I leaned against the microphone, a little breathless but exhilarated. I'd gotten a taste of what it was like to be just another guy, singing his heart out on a random night. It was pure magic.
Without realizing it, I'd drifted towards the edge of the platform, near a fence leading to a side street. I needed a moment to catch my breath, closing my eyes and leaning against the cool metal. Little did I know, someone was watching...
Y/N POV
I sat by my window, my heart still buzzing from Jungkook's incredible performance at FIFA. The night was quiet, but my room was alive with excitement. I couldn't help but keep watching the stream, checking out the Weverse posts, and scrolling through BTS's stories about Jungkook's performance. I was so proud and filled with joy, it felt like a dream come true.
The more I watched, the more my heart swelled with pride. It was as if I was witnessing one of my own shine on stage. It's moments like these that remind me why I've always loved being part of ARMY. Jungkook, our shining star, was dazzling the world, and it felt like he was also representing every one of us.
I must have been lost in my thoughts for hours, because suddenly, I heard a faint, melodious sound coming from outside. I leaned closer to the window, straining to hear. Someone was singing near the café machine just down the street. I could tell right away whose voice it was
Without thinking, I grabbed my phone and dashed out the door. My excitement made me run towards the café, my heart racing with anticipation. I had to confirm that it was really him. As I approached, I ducked behind a nearby fence, trying to stay hidden so I wouldn't be seen. I peered around cautiously, trying to catch a glimpse of the source of that beautiful voice.
Peeking through the fence,
My heart pounded in my chest as I watched him from across the street. There, standing under the soft glow of the café lights, was Jungkook, my idol, singing his heart out. It felt like a dream. How could I be so lucky?
He looked so different without all the makeup and fancy clothes. Just a regular guy, lost in the magic of music. His voice was even more beautiful than on stage, raw and pure. It was like he was singing just for me.
Every lyric, every note, sent shivers down my spine. I couldn't believe my eyes. This was Jungkook, the same person who filled stadiums with his music, singing for a handful of strangers. It was surreal.
I wanted to scream, to cheer, to let him know I was there. But I froze, afraid to break the magic of the moment. I just stood there, mesmerized, my heart overflowing with love and admiration.
i couldn't believe my eyes I watched as Jungkook leaned against the fence, closing his eyes for a moment, trying to catch his breath face covered with mask and cap. I couldn't believe I was seeing him like this. I had watched so many Weverse lives of him singing, but this was a side of him I rarely saw, and it made my heart swell with affection. As an ARMY, we all know how much Kookie enjoys these real, personal moments. As I was lost in the beauty of the moment, Jungkook opened his eyes again and noticed me standing there. I quickly tried to hide behind the fence, my heart pounding.
I worried, "Oh no, did I disturb him? What if he thinks I'm intruding?"
After a couple of minutes, I heard his voice.Jungkook: "How long have you been here?"
