Jungkook pov

I pulled on a simple shirt and a shirt over it — one that wouldn't give away my identity too easily, knowing my tattoos would give me away if I wore something too revealing. With a bucket hat and a mask to blend in, I grabbed my phone and stepped out of my room.

I went near the manager's room, but I knew I was late and if I informed him, he would be worried. I saw the hotel manager, and as soon as he saw me, he walked towards me with a concerned expression.

"Mr. Jungkook, is everything alright?" he asked, his concern evident. "Do you need anything?"

I smiled, trying to ease his worry. "Thank you, I'm doing fine. I just need a bit of fresh air. I'm planning to take a walk alone."

The hotel manager hesitated for a moment, his eyes scanning my face. "Are you sure, Mr. Jeon? It's late and..."

"I'm sure," I assured him, cutting him off. "I just want to enjoy the night. It's been a long day."

The manager looked hesitant. "It's quite late, and it's not safe to go out alone. I can arrange for some security to accompany you."

I shook my head gently. "I appreciate the offer, but I really just want to be alone for a bit

He seemed hesitant still, but finally nodded. "Alright. But if you need anything at all, here's my number. Don't hesitate to call." He handed me a small card with his contact information.

"Thank you," I repeated, taking the card. "I will."

The manager smiled warmly. "Congratulations on your performance. You were truly outstanding. It's been a pleasure having you here. Enjoy your walk, and take care. Remember, we're just a call away."

"Thank you," I said sincerely. "I'll definitely keep that in mind. Thanks for everything."

The cool air hit my face as I strolled through the quiet streets of Qatar. The bustling day had given way to a peaceful, starry night. I wanted to enjoy the calm before heading back to Korea. It was my chance to be just Jungkook, without the expectations and eyes that followed me earlier.

As I wandered through the quiet streets of Qatar, I felt a surprising burst of happiness. The peaceful night was a stark contrast to the high-energy performance earlier, and I was savoring every moment.

As I strolled, the savory aroma of street food caught my attention. Driven by curiosity, I followed the scent until I reached a small food stand. I ordered some local delicacies, keeping the interaction brief and low-key to avoid drawing attention or being recognized.

With my food in hand, I continued walking. The city lights flickered gently, and the calm of the night made everything feel magical. Passing by a charming café, I noticed a music machine set up outside. The idea of singing was tempting; something about the machine and the serene night made me want to let loose.

As I walked past the café, the music machine outside caught my eye.

I was torn between the urge to sing and the hesitation of being recognized. The idea of singing was appealing, but I was worried that someone might notice me and cause a scene.

I glanced around and saw that there were three people sitting near the machine. I decided to give it some time. I set a timer for seven minutes, thinking that if even one person left, I'd seize the chance to sing. With a hopeful heart, I wandered around the area, trying to pass the time and keep my excitement in check.

As the timer neared its end, I heard its gentle buzz. I hurried back to the café, my heart racing with anticipation. To my delight, the spot near the music machine was now empty. The three people had left!

A burst of joy surged through me. I quickly made my way to the machine, practically skipping with happiness. This was my moment to let loose and enjoy a little bit of freedom in this magical night.
