Chapter 21

Mikhael's POV

"Mikhael, wake up na, it's time to hike" Ayara said in an excited tone while shaking my shoulders.

"Hmm 5 more minutes" I responded and turned my back to her.

"Please it's already 1 pm na eh" Ayara said and I glance at her who's staring at me.

"Tapos hindi ka man lang nagising kagabi, himbing ng tulog mo ah. Hindi ka rin nakapag dinner" Ayara said and sat down beside me.

"Look oh nakabihis na ako, nakahanda na gamit ko, ikaw nalang kulang" Ayara added while looking at me.

"Okay fine, get out. Maliligo na ako" I responded and stood up.

After I took a bath, I immediately wore my clothes and prepared everything that I will bring. I took my camping tent and camping bag and went to the kitchen to eat.

"Tara kain na tayo, ginising kita para sabay tayong kumain" Ayara said and smiled at me and I stared at her deeply, she's too adorable.

We talked while eating, she's very talkative, she never runs out of things to say. After we ate, we immediately left and drove off. We're going to hike the mt. Talamitam as she requested. I'm not into hiking, but I'm willing to do it for her as she requested that she wants me to be her travel buddy.

We reached the destination after 2 hours of driving and it's already 3:30 in the afternoon. I quickly park my car where it is safe and took our belongings in the trunk and proceed. I carried Ayara's tent because I volunteered and because she's carrying a lot. It took us 2 hours to reached the top of the mt. Talamitam.

"Wait, let me capture this moment" Ayara said and took a picture of the broad view.

"Mikhael, let's take a pic" Ayara said and ran towards me. I went closer to her and smiled at the camera.

"Let's set up our tent here" I said and put down my bag to set up my tent. After I finished setting up my tent, Ayara was sitting not so far and capturing the sunset so I went closer to her.

"Hey" I said and sat down beside her as she just smiled at me.

"Tapos ka na mag set ng camping tent mo?" Ayara asked and I nodded.

"Palubog na araw, padilim na rin, hindi pa rin naka-set yung tent mo" I responded.

"Ay hala wait I'm capturing the sunset kasi eh" Ayara said.

"I'll set up your tent, keep capturing the sunset lang" I responded and smiled at her before standing up.

I set up her tent in front of my tent and after that, I prepared the things that we need for our bonfire. The sun is already down and while I'm lit the fire on the bonfire, Ayara walk towards me.

"Sipag naman, halos ikaw na lahat nag-ayos dito e" Ayara said to me and sat on her camping chair.

"Don't worry, just enjoy the moment" I responded.

"Gusto mo na ba kumain?" I asked and she just shook her hand.

"Hindi ka pa gutom? Ilang oras yung byahe kanina ah, dalawang oras pa tayo umakyat dito" I added.

"Let's have marshmallows" Ayara said in an energetic tone and took the marshmallow pack in her bag.

She handed me a marshmallow that is already on the stick and I thanked her. We toast our mallows on the fire and eat it and I also made a coffee for us. We chatted nonstop because we have nothing else to do, We also discussed that no one will use the phone and we will enjoy this day.
