The King of Dwargon Hero King Gazel Dwargo is not someone Rimuru is confident in beating as for the first time since Veldora he feels fear and in the Royal Court only Nobles of a Certain Rank can speak Freely so they have a Proxy to speak for them but to Rimuru and Axel he looks shifty as hell
Shifty Proxy- and so according the Witnesses Minister Vesta was just enjoying a Drink at the Establishment when Kaijin and his cohorts Rudely barged in and Assaulted Minister Vesta

Kaijin kneels in response to the Kings words while Vesta and the Bribed Proxy look nervous as their plan may go to hell as a result while Rimuru thinks about how the King speaking grants to the right to speak, Axel on the other hand just keeps looking at Gazel waiting for the expected Result
