Once the Talk with the Kijin is over Rimuru and Axel are preparing for an after war Council that Treyni suggested to get the facts straight between the Lizardmen, Orcs and Rimuru & Axel Faction, The talk is going to take place in the Lizardmen Cavern as it is the closest and largest space to fit the needed people

Treyni- Then The After war council shall begin with our Chancellors Rimuru Tempest and Axel

Axel- Excuse me? care to explain why us of all people

Treyni- That is because you both hold the most power here and are the victors of the War

Lizardman Chieftain- I have no objections on this

Orc Representatives- We have none either, not that we have that right here

Goblin representative- There is none for us Goblins 

Kijin- It is only right for Lord Rimuru and Lord Axel to be in charge here

Rimuru- (Why meeeeee?!)

Axel- I see, well no one seems to have an issue with this so we accept this role here

Treyni- Then let us begin This Council!

After a few minutes to let Rimuru collect himself while Axel gives a few pointed Glares to give some time Rimuru Speaks up

Rimuru- I will just say what I truly think here and that is that I do not intend to Punish the Orcs for anything they did

Orc Representatives- What you are going to!?

Orc Attendant- Please wait it is simply not logical to do such a thing for us he-

Rimuru- This is the promise I made with Orc Disaster Geld, so I will not hear opposition about this

The Orcs all sit down and look down feeling Guilty and slightly hopeful at the same time, while the Lizardmen are not particularly happy about this and spoke up

Lizardman Chieftain- I feel like you are letting the Orcs off a little lightly after everything they did

Axel- Lizard you must understand here that the Orcs were under the effect of the Unique Skill [Starved] Which as a result, stripped them of their Free will and made them merely Puppets of the Orc Lord, who was also a Puppet for the Majin Gelmud and any other potential individuals involved in this Plot

Lizardman Chieftain- I...I understand

Benimaru- and to add to what Lord Axel said, There is one rule we all follow here and that is "The Survival of the Fittest", are you one to say that Lord Axel and Lord Rimuru are weak?

The Lizardmen and Orcs just are silent from both Benimaru's and Axel's Words as they are both right in this scenario until Treyni Speaks up

Treyni- Then what are you going to do with the Orcs they still number 150,000 and they are going to start perishing without [Starved] keeping them powered up

Rimuru- oh that is simple I will take them in

Axel- Hold on what? I was not informed of this?!

Rimuru- as one of the Leaders of our town I have the right to make such decisions, Axel

Axel- yeah you do but for ones as large as this both of us need to agree or perhaps I will throw you into River if you try this sort of thing again 

Rimuru- Understood!

The Lizardmen are shocked to see how the killer of the Orc Disaster is being threatened by his Co-Leader, while the Orcs are scared to think of having the Victor against their King being scared of the fact that Axel holds the same authority as Rimuru

Axel- Now then, The Orcs will be taken in as Despite Rimuru not telling me. I do agree with him on that regard

Rimuru- (I get to live!) Indeed now then are there any questions, or complaints?

No one says anything as there is nothing more to say until Treyni says something just before it ends

Treyni- Then as we have reached a consensus I Declare that Rimuru Tempest and Axel are named the Chancellors of the Great Forest of Jura!

Rimuru- (NANIIIIII!)

Axel- (Well then a position of power.... again, Fun)

A few moments after the Council ended The Orc Attendant confronts the Kijin

Orc Attendant- Kijin...

Benimaru- Hmm, Yes?

Orc Attendant- I know that hatred cannot be forgiven so easily so I ask you to give forgiveness to my people and take my Head as penance!

The Kijin make no direct sound nor difference in expression until Benimaru speaks

Benimaru- When we ended the battle we told Lord Axel that we will continue to serve him and Lord Rimuru and they gave us official Positions Kurobe is the Weapons Smith Master, Shuna is the Holy Princess Priestess, Hakurou is the Master Instructor, Shion is the Second in command of our forces and the Royal Guard Captain, Souei is the Master Spy Infiltrator while I am named the Grand Samurai General so it would be foolish of me to kill off valuable Soldiers like yourself, unless you are going to turn on our Masters of course

Orc Attendant- Of course I would never turn on them they are our saviours, I owe them more than I could ever repay...

Benimaru- Then we are Serving under the same Master, so we are not enemies but allies

The Kijin walk off leaving the Orc to speak to himself

Orc Attendant- I would never turn on them I swear this on the Name of my Father King Geld

Axel- Seems like you have resolve 

Orc Attendant- Lord Axel!?

Axel- I shall grant you a name for such resolve

Orc Attendant- What I am not worthy of such-

Axel- Geld, I grant you the name of Geld to honour your Father, who died to protect his people, I am certain that you will be just as great as him if not better

Geld- My Lord.... I thank you I swear my undying loyalty to you and Lord Rimuru till Death

Axel- I am glad yo hear that Geld, I hope to be impressed by your Actions, Enjoy a new Puppetless life

Days pass as Rimuru has been stuck naming Orcs, All. 150,000. of. them, naturally the names got bad and quite not name like but Axel did not complain as he understands that naming 150,000 Orcs is not possible for even him and lets Rimuru do as he pleases, while Axel Names the Lizardman Chieftain, Abiru to let his people understand that he is still not done for. As the days pass Rimuru finally named them all and slept for a long Time, Veldora suffers through this unbeknownst to Rimuru and his naming antics
