Yuni had seen some parallel worlds before, but not this one! Follow Yuni after the end of the Future Arc, where she finds herself reborn into the world of Yugioh GX. Watch as she attends Duel Academy to try to become a pro duelist, and the obstacles...
After a short walk, both Yuni and Lori had made it to the seats in front of the 11th dueling field, while Yuuchi had broken off from them a little earlier to head down to the field. As the two sat down and waited for their friend to duel, Yuni realized something.
"Hey, Lori?" She turned to her friend. "Do you know what Yuuchi's last name is?" She asked.
Lori looked at her friend silently thinking for a moment before shrugging. "Nope. Honestly, I'm not sure if he has one. The teachers never use it, and even the announcer guy didn't say it." She answered. Yuni just looked forward at the field and at the back of Yuuchi who was walking up to it. 'Hmm, that's strange.' She thought.

'Ok Yuuchi, you got this.' The boy thought to himself as he walked towards his designated field. 'You've dueled in front of people before, and this is just a few more people than those times...a few hundred more, but it's fine, you got this. You're a good duelist, and it's not like they can demote you if you lose.' Yuuchi tried to calm himself as he came to a stop at one side of the duel field.
'Just try your best to ignore all the people.' He thought as he looked over to the stands on his left. He looked over at all the people in the stands, some of which were looking back at him, then his eyes caught Yuni and Lori. The two girls smiled and waved at him, with Lori waving harder than her friend. A small smile grew on his face at the sight. 'Yeah...it's all going to be fine.'
"Well look who it is." A voice called out. Yuuchi was brought out of his thoughts as he looked across the field to see his opponent. The familiar green haired boy standing across from him had a small frown on his face as he placed his deck into his duel disk.

Nao looked at the stands and saw Yuni and Lori. Yuni had a neutral look on her face when she saw him looking, Lori on the other hand stuck her tongue out and pulled down one of her eyelids at him, making him scowl.
"Of course you didn't take my advice." He grumbled while turning back to Yuuchi. "Whatever. This should be simple for me to win." He said while turning his duel disk on. Yuuchi just sighed before setting up his duel disk and turning it on as well. He was just going to do his best to ignore the arrogant boy's words.
The proctor standing to the side walked up to the middle of the field holding a clipboard and looked at the two. "Alright. This will be one match, and you have 45 minutes to finish it. Nao Shizukawa, are you ready?" She asked.
