Chapter 21 - Battle On, Challengers!

"Welcome back to the finals everyone!" started Present Mic, "Sorry for the long wait. The insane amount of ice from the second match has finally been cleared though, so it's time to welcome new competitors!"

Tori Tsubasa is seen approaching the ring, "She's fast as Hawks! She's the ruler of the skies of Class 1-A! Tori Tsubasa from the hero course!" announced Present Mic.

Tori mutters, "Quite the title, at least he's not saying that I might be related to Hawks..."

Then Denki approaches the ring, as Present Mic announced him, "Versus, the boy with the electric personality. Another hero in the making, Denki Kaminari!"

The crowd cheers as Present Mic kept going, "Keep those eyes peeled. I wanna see a super-flashy battle this time!"

"If I win how about you and I go out after this?" asked Denki.

"With you? Ha! Not a chance, but if I win, you're wearing the cheerleader outfit," said Tori, she sees his smile drop, "This is for the girls."

She hears the 1-A girls cheer for her, "Avenge us, Tori!", "You better win this one!", "Beat his perverted ass!" and she smirks and gets into a stance.

"BEGIN!"

"Well, the bet's on, 'cause this is all gonna be over in two seconds!" said Denki and lighting covers his body, "Indiscriminate Shock. One point three million volts!" and discharges electricy at her.

She smirks and quickly up drafted herself upward with her quirk Gale. She flapped her wings freely as she looks down at her opponent. He's short-circuited, meaning he was in his dumb mode.

"Two seconds, huh?" said Tori, she then summoned a huge gust of wind at Denki and blew him out of the ring.

"He's out of the ring! That's all, folks! It was over in an instant!" announced Present Mic as Tori landed, feet first, back onto the ground.

Midnight cracks her whip and points to Tori, "The winner is Tsubasa! She advances on!" and the crowd cheers as Tori waves to them and opens her wings proudly.

In the stands, the 1-A girls cheered, "Yeah!", "Nice job, Tsubasa!"

In the heroes stands, they were commenting more on Tori, "As soon as she is up in the air, it was over," said one hero.

Another added, "Yeah, and his current couldn't travel as fast as her, so he couldn't hurt her. She's got excellent reflexes and timing."

A third one said, "That quick updraft was really impressive. Smart girl. Kaminari never stood a chance against her."

Someone else said, "It's tough when someone else is faster than your quirk, but he still could've put up a fight."

Denki gets carried away but the bots, while Tori walked back to the entrance.

Meanwhile, in the 1-A stands, Izuku can be heard muttering, "I've seen Kaminari in action, he's super strong. But Tsubasa was placed first in the entrance exam. Combining her agility and those offensive attacks, she could get to you quickly. Other than that, who knows how fast she can get, if she gets faster than Hawks, it would be harder for anyone to slow her down..." his muttering started to creep out everyone around him, even Katsuki is irritated.

Ochaco says, stopping his muttering, "Maybe you should take a sec to relax before planning matches ahead."

"Oh, sorry!" apologized Izuku, "Sometimes I don't realize I'm talking out loud when note-taking. It's not every day I get to see incredible quirks. Oh, I also got notes about everybody else in our class too!" he flips his notebook to show to Ochaco, "Here's what I got on your Zero Gravity."
