Anirudh ends the call. Chirag comes. Aditya asks Chirag how is Appu now. Chirag tells Aditya that Appu is fine but she needs a heart surgery to save her life. Aditya asks Chirag will the heart surgery hurt Appu. Chirag tells Aditya that the heart surgery won't hurt Appu at all. Aditya agrees.
Anirudh asks Chirag how long does it take for the heart surgery. Chirag tells Anirudh that it will take an hour and 20 minutes to do the heart surgery. Anirudh agrees.
Chirag tells Anirudh that appu's life with this heart is that she won't stay this long as she is going to die soon. Anirudh asks Chirag is there anything that you can do. Chirag tells Anirudh that we can give a heart donor to save appu's life. Anirudh agrees.

Anirudh tells Chirag that I will die if I have no heart in my life. Chirag tells Anirudh that you will get a new heart that will save your life. Anirudh agrees.
