Jhanak asks pihu will Aditya be okay. Pihu tells Jhanak that I'm sure that Aditya will be okay. Jhanak agrees.

Appu tells Anirudh that Aditya has a heart problem. Anirudh tells Appu that Aditya's heart is not doing well and he can die soon. Appu tells Anirudh that if Aditya dies then who will Jhanak stay with. Anirudh tells Appu that Jhanak will stay with us. Appu agrees.
Everyone rushes Aditya to the hospital. Angad tells Anirudh that I will go inside to save Aditya's life. Anirudh tells angad that I need you to make sure that Aditya gets okay. Angad tells Anirudh that we can try our best to save him. Anirudh agrees.
Angad leaves. Jhanak tells Anirudh that I don't want to lose Aditya. Anirudh tells Jhanak that nothing won't happen to Aditya. Jhanak agrees.
Aditya wakes up. Aditya tells angad that I really want to stay longer with no death. Angad tells Aditya that you can die but there is one powerful treatment that can save your life in danger. Aditya asks angad what is that treatment. Angad tells Aditya that this treatment is a heart transplant as we can transplant someone's heart who is still powerful and you can have a new life. Aditya agrees.
Angad comes out from the room. Anirudh asks angad how is Aditya now. Angad tells Anirudh that Aditya is fine and I have placed heart stickers around his chest so that it can pump up. Anirudh agrees.
Jhanak asks angad is there anything to treat Aditya. Angad tells Jhanak that we can do heart transplant and he can get a new life by which is the most powerful thing that we can do. Jhanak agrees.
Anirudh asks angad can we go and meet Aditya. Angad tells Anirudh that only one family member can meet Aditya but everyone else will have to wait for their turn outside to talk to Aditya. Anirudh agrees.
Anirudh goes into the room. Aditya tells Anirudh that I'm so happy to see you. Anirudh tells Aditya that you want to stay alive. Aditya tells Anirudh that if I die then I want you to take care of arshi. Anirudh tells Aditya that I will take care of arshi if you die. Aditya agrees.
Anirudh ties a thread on Aditya's hand. Anirudh tells Aditya that I have tied a thread on your hand to save your life in danger. Aditya asks anirudh should I do this surgery. Anirudh tells Aditya that I believe that you can do the surgery. Aditya agrees.
