"Okay I understand that but why is there a stone in each ring I thought there could only be one" I ask him confused
"Well there is only one ( more confusion ), I just may or may not of split the stone in two"
"Oh okay so they are the same stone just split into two and put into our rings... alright I can live with that"
"There is just one more thing about the rings Master/ one: they can be used to talk to one another, two; if one is in danger the others ring will inform them ,three; they have inbuilt portkeys that can be reused and can enter any area even if it is warded against portkey( anti-portkey spells don' affect them) all you need to do is think of where you want to go or each other and the rings will take you there, fourthly;they are only visible to you or anyone of your choosing, and finally;they have detectors that will inform you if potions or compulsions are trying to be used against you and will protect you from them." To say I was gobsmacked would be an understatement I was wearing the worlds most protective ring and so was the love of my life. I couldnt take it anymore I stood up walked to Mortem and gave him the biggest hug I could muster, shortly Luna came and joined in the hugging. As we pulled away I swear I saw Mortem smiling at me but it vanished quicker than I could register it.
"In regard to the wands you will find them in your pockets when you have gone back in time and Miss Lovegood here ( as he said that a piece of material formed in his hand and he gave it to Luna) your very own cloak of invisibility from yours truly." He said with a mock bow.
After Luna had taken the cloak Tempus piped up " Well if that is everything can we get this show on the road please". We nodded. " Okay everyone just step through this portal and you'll be back in first year." He said while a portal opened.
After thanking Chief Ragnok for his hospitality and a final hug from Grandma, as well as a very heated kiss from Luna, we stepped through the portal.
