Chapter One: 'Oops She Did It Again.'

There were no feelings but gratitude in Val's heart that she directed towards her love island experience. Without the show she would be working in the same little gym in Brixton working unspeakable hours just to pay her bills.

Never in a million years did Valentina think she would be back in a holding villa, anxiously waiting for a producer to come and give her a debrief before her inevitable and dramatic return to the villa.

It had happened twice before and that was more than enough in her opinion. After her last stint in the love island villa, the musician really thought that she had it all... that she had finally found love in the most unconventional way possible.

How naïve of her.

Just a month out of the villa, the brunette had received a 'Hey girl...' text. Now Valentina is not one to believe accusations right off the bat, especially being in the public eye. But the evidence was overwhelming and unfortunately turned out to be true.

And whilst the two months they had spent together were incredible while it lasted, Val had no time to be heartbroken. Within weeks of their breakup, she was in Lisbon performing at a sold out arena on the extended European leg of the "Therapy ain't for me" tour.

While Valentina was performing through her heartbreak, Callum was getting down and dirty in a plethora of notable nightclubs — earning himself a bit of a reputation in the British reality TV scene.

And although the girl didn't like to be petty, she couldn't help but indulge in the fan's interest in their breakup. Things came to a head when her new single titled 'Good Riddance' was released and the media immediately drew connections to callum's infidelity. He went on a social media tyrade, making false accusations and comments that only fueled the fire.

It was just weeks after the release that she received a multi million dollar offer to star in the upcoming season of Love Island USA. Valentina immediately refused the offer, in her mind it was too soon and the wounds from her recent relationship were still very much open, but management were very keen on the idea to strengthen popularity in the states.

As you can probably tell, their incessant insistence worked and in just a few minutes, Valentina Hudson is set to make her US reality TV debut.

"My name is Valentina and some of you may know me from the original version of the show which is the UK version."  Val put on her best smile and tucked a section of hair behind her ear.

"I won my season of Love Island with my now best friend, Ovie and placed second in the latest season with my ex."

"I'm back and better than ever! I know what I want and when I want something... I get it."

"The bombshell has arrived!"

Val stood at the entrance of the villa, her heart was almost pounding out of her chest as nerves completely overtook the confidence.

Her iconic brunette hair cascaded past the girl's shoulders, settling just above her hips. It was lightly curled and styled to perfection.

It was time.

She watched on as the producers zoomed around her, making sure that every single thing that would appear in her entrance shot was immaculately placed. The female producer that sat on her left waved her arms and mouthed a quiet 'go' indicating that she could now walk up to the big doors and enter the villa.

She took a deep breath and took a few seconds to mentally prepare herself. To calm her nerves.

"Nah it's been way too quiet today, I feel like something is gonna happen." Kordell took a sip of his drink and adjusted the sleeve of his shirt. A few of the guys were sitting around the firepit, conversing about the unusually quiet day they'd been having.

"Tell me about it." Rob groaned. He ran his fingertips through his hair and let his head fall back in defeat.

His love island experience had by no means been smooth sailing thus far and all he wanted was one day where he wasn't yelling or being yelled at. Not that he was innocent in all of the drama at all.

"I just hope it's nothing negat—" Rob began speaking but the familiar ping of his phone interrupted him mid sentence.

"Fuck, man... I've got a text!" He yelled, the other islanders that were not gathered around the firepit got up and looked in his direction with expressions of confusion.

Rob looked down at his phone and opened the notification with bated breath.

"Islanders, today has been quiet... too quiet some might say. Well not for long — a sultry single is making their way into the villa now. #notforlong #braceforimpact #acrossthepond."

Kordell and Kendall furrowed their eyebrows at the last hashtag, it was one that nobody else seemed to notice but they wondered what exactly it meant.

Rob narrowed his eyes and looked up in the direction of the sliding doors that led to the villa. Just in time to catch a glimpse of a silhouette entering the lounge behind the curtains.

The whispers and conversation drowned out as a beautiful brunette stepped out of the building and made her way into the garden, seemingly with no destination as she stopped and started to walk again a few times.

The blue eyed man could almost feel her nerves as the girls made a beeline for her, it was almost as if everything was in slow motion for him as their eyes met from opposite sides of the garden.

As soon as her brown orbs met his icy blue ones, Rob knew he was in trouble.
