AN OFFICIAL MEMBER! (EPISODE 2)

"So, do you want a battle?" Makio asked

"Yes!" I've wanted to battle for so long. It felt like I was completing a chapter of an unfinished book, completing an unfinished chapter in my life...

"Ok then. Fubuki!"

"Yes Maki?"

"Can you take Nika to the substitute team to train, maybe take her under your wing like you did before?"

"Sure."

Fubuki took me to the substitute team, and pitted me against a member.

"OK, SOLOMON ATTACK!"

"NYDDHOG! FIRE WALL!"

(The opponents Beyblade slows down)

"Wow... Ember Nyddhog... it's so powerful... NOW! EMBER FLASHER "

Ember Nyddhog attacked Solomon mercilessly and consistently.

(SOLOMON BURSTS)

"EMBER NYDDHOG! WITH A BURST FINISH!" Fubuki announced.

There it was. My first win and Beyblade match since I bladed against Toko when I was 8. It was exhilarating. I bladed more and more people, switching from wins to losses, but nonetherless... I had fun.

I bladed and bladed some more. This is what I was missing. I had lots of battles, and I couldn't keep up with the number.

"Wow Nika! You look like you had fun."

"YEP! I DON'T THINK I EVER HAD MORE FUN IN MY LIFE!"

"Well... do you want to join the club?"

"Wait... I can join?"

"Well, you did give the substitute team quite the challenge, and they seem to like you. You just have to sign a couple of papers and done."

"(Happy face forming*) YES! "

SHU'S OFFICE

"OK Nika, The paperwork's done, and you're officially a member of the Raging Bulls."

It was amazing. It really felt like my Beyblade journey was beginning.

IN NIKA'S ROOM

I layed down in my bed. In the Bull's there were apartment-like building filled with rooms. My room, like the others, was small and cosy. My clothes were on my chair and my Beyblade gear on my table. I called my mum and Toko, they were really happy for me.

"Hey Nika! Lets have a battle sometime, ok!"

"Sure, when I get strong enough."

I ended it.

I then called Valt.

"Hey Valt!"

"Oh, hey Nika! Wait... that isn't your room..."

"Yeah, I'm now a blader for the Raging Bulls!"

"WOW! THA'S AWESOME NIKA! Maybe you can come to BC Sol and meet some of the bladers here!"

"I will soon. I'll get really strong!"

"That's the spirit! Well, bye Nika. It's quite late here..."

"Oh... Bye Valt! See you soon!"

I closed my eyes and went to bed. Tomorrow was going to be big.
