Storm meets the Sea

Chapter 4

Thalia's POV

I was cooking breakfast: Blue pancakes because, well everyone loves them and Percy will hate that there would be no blue food. I checked the time. 9:30 a.m. I went to Percy's bedroom (Lets just say that the tent is really big and stuff) to wake him up. 

"KELP HEAD, WAKE UP!"

He didn't stir (Ugh).

"WAKE UP!!!"

Still no movement (Double ugh).

"KELP HEAD, IF U DO NOT WAKE UP THIS INSTANCE, I WILL EAT ALL OF YOUR BLUE PANCAKES!!"

Percy jolted upwards and said, "Hey, don't eat my blue pancakes!" He then started looking into his closet hurriedly and picked out a t shirt with a picture of dolphins on it. I sighed. Aren't all of his clothes something seaish? Well, at least he was up and dressed.

IN THE KITCHEN

As Percy put more syrup on his pancakes each time he ate a bite I said, "Kelp Head, stop drowning your pancakes."

Obviously his genius reply was "Hey, I'm the Son of Poseidon, my pancakes can't drown." I rolled my eyes. Classic Kelp Head.

"Anyway, I was thinking that we should go to your mum's appartement. You know, you haven't visited in a while and she probably knows your not at camp so she will be worried."

"I was thinking that too" he replied seriously. His mum has also just given birth a few months ago and we both wanted to see his baby sister. 

"So should we go today in the afternoon?"

"Yup." he answered, popping the p.

AT SALLY'S PLACE

I knocked on Sally's door. I felt nervous though. I hadn't seen her in a long time. She was also like the mom I never had.

"Coming!", shouted a familiar voice.

"Hi, how can I- PERCY!"

"Umm.. hey mom" I rolled my eyes. Absolute genious.

"PERSEUS JACKSON! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? U WORRIED ME SICK! (Lol this gives me strong Molly Weasley vibes).

"Oh, hey Thalia. I haven't seen you in a long time." Sally said, still glaring at Percy.

"Hi, Mom, I mean, Sally".

"Thalia dear, you can call me mom if u want!" she smiled.

"Now, Percy, I'm glad your safe and all but I would like an explanation."

"Ok but can we first come in?"

"Oh... well, yes of course!"

I followed Sally, I mean Mom and Percy into the living room. It had a nice table in the middle of the room and a four couches to sit on.

"Now talk."

When Percy finished his story,  Sally had a mixed look of sadness and anger on her face.

"Well, guys, I will go make some blue cookies for you can while play with Estelle."

"Ok"

She went to a different room and came out holding the most adorable baby I have ever seen. I could tell Percy was thinking the same thing. 

"Here you go."

"Thanks Sally, she's so adorable."

"Yes, she is, isn't she?" she replied fondly.

"She's so cute, mom."

"I know."

Then, Sally left, probably to make the blue cookies. I watched Estelle in my hands. I loved her so much and she looked as cute as Percy.

"Do you want to hold her? She is your sister, after all."

"It's fine, Thalia, she's your sister too" he smiled, which he hadn't done for a long time.

                        *************************** 30 minutes later*************************

"Here's the blue cookies!"

"Thanks, mom" Percy said, already stuffing himself with 2 cookies.

"Ew... Perce"

"What?"

"Who eats like that?"

"Well, I'm doing it right now, so... I guess me?"

I rolled my eyes for like the 100th time.

"Kelp Head!"

"Pinecone Face!"

"Seaweed Brain!"

"Tree Girl! "

"Tree Girl? That's the same thing as Pinecone Face!"

"Kelp Head and Seaweed Brain are the same thing too!"

No, they're not!

Yes, they are!

No!

Yes!

No!

Yes!

Sally chuckled at our bickering.  

"U two would be a great couple" she said winking at us, with that mischievous grin on her face.

"W-what?" I spluttered, bright red in my face.

"Well, mom, we will be going now but we will come back soon."

"Ok! You better come back soon or you are in trouble!"

"Bye Sally!"

"Bye Mom!"

"Bye, darlings! Hopefully, Paul will be here next time!"
