after you and alhaitham finished splashing about in the water, you decided you wanted to bury him in sand. you then realized all of the beach toys were back at the chairs, and then grew annoyed. "i left all the stuff at the chairs when we were running, i need to go get them real quick." you explained, standing up.
"i'll come with you." alhaitham hastily replied, standing up aswell. a smile appeared on your face, noticing how clingy he actually was. "okay, lets have a stroll then~"
you interlocked his hand with yours before the two of you slowly began walking back to the party. you liked how quiet it was, and how happy your heart felt. you wondered if alhaitham felt the same way too.
the two of you just kept talking about sweet nothings as you walked, until you noticed a blonde haired girl running up at you at full speed. you let go of alhaitham's hand quickly, and good thing you did, because that very girl tackled you to the ground.
"don't you EVER FUCKING RUN OFF LIKE THAT AGAIN!!" lumine shouted, shaking you agressively. "DO YOU KNOW HOW WORRIED I WAS? I THOUGHT SOMEONE KIDNAPPED YOU OR YOU DROWNED OR SOMETHING!!"
she kept telling you off before noticing alhaitham was standing nearby, eyeing this whole ordeal with a bewildered expression. lumine then looked at you, then to him, then back to you again.
