"...Rodger?"

You said as you glanced in through the door at the hunched form of a certain magnifying glass toon over his desk. He seemed to be sleeping, actually now that you looked at him.

You sighed. Your love, Rodger hasn't been doing good since Toodles...y'know. He cared about that little ball of cuteness after all. You could say that their relationship was like a father-daughter relationship.

Silently closing the door, you walked down the hallway before coming to a stop at a certain door and lightly hitting the moon knocker a few times on the door before a toon opened it.

"Y/N...?"

The toon asked. He had never seen you knock on his door late at night to ask for good dreams before. What could be the reason now?

"Hey, Astro."

You replied, putting your hand in the pockets of your white coat and messing with the stethoscope with your free one (The type of toon reader is, is a sorta doctor type one so they have a doctor theme n' stuff).

"So um...did you...need good dreams this time?"

You shook your head.

"No. It's quite a different request than what you normally see. Is it possible to let me see someone's dreams?"

Astro displayed a surprised look. To do that, they'd be entering the same place he used to view people's dreams.

"Hm. I've...never actually tried that before but I'll try to."

Astro smiled. He sorta had an idea to which toon you wanted to view the dream of already since you were always hanging out with him and Dazzle during Brightney's bookclub and talking about how much they worried you. (Natural doctor instincts lol-)

"Thanks."

You smiled back at the moon as he closed the door softly and lead you to a mat in the middle of the room with a few beanbags on it.

"Alright. This isn't all my first time doing this since Dandy asked to see Pebble's dreams before but I'm still pretty inexperienced in this." (I didn't want to put Dandy viewing anyone else's because y'know he's sorta the bad person and he's most likely use someone's bad dreams-which usually comprise of someone's fear-against them.)

You nodded and watched as Astro took a seat on his beanbag, closed his eyes, and took off his blanket to reveal his 2nd pair of arms to start the process. (He's more comfortable showing them to you and Dandy because he trusts you both.)

Slowly but surely, the scene started to change into a nice dreamy blue atmosphere with white lights (dreams) dancing around you both. Breathing a sigh of relief, Astro opened his eyes to the same scene you were currently looking at.

"So...was it Rodger that you wanted to see the dreams of?"

Astro's eyes trailed back to you as you were looking at the moon in the sky. He sighed and tapped your shoulder, startling you from your trance. Looking back at him, he realized that you were crying.
