Scarlett Pov

I'm in my car driving to my new house. I had to buy a new one since I chose to let Jost keep the other seeing as it holds no important memories to me and i've never really liked how big it was but Jost wanted it so I just didn't think it mattered because at the moment i had a loving husband. I pull into the driveway and park the car, then I turn around and look into the back seat everyone is sleeping

"Tori, Riley, we're here," I say as gently shake Tori awake. Tori opens her eyes and looks out the window at the house.

"This is cute Mom," Tori says in a sleepy voice, still half asleep. Riley then wakes up and looks at the house she gives a light nod and then drops her head back down. the park worn them out the ran around for 2 hours while me and Lizzie hung out under a tree in the shade before they decided they were all tired

"Let's go inside Chris offered to babysit, i won't be home till late so promise me you won't burn down the house," I tell her as I get out of the car and walk to the back door to get Rose

"I don't think it's us you have to worry about when Uncle Chris brunt noodles," Tori says as she tries to wake Riley up again but fails and decides to just carry her on her back. We walk up to the door as I reach to open it when it swings open

"Pew!" Chris yells as points a Nerf gun at Tori and shoots her with one of the toy bullets. Tori just stares at him unfazed and shakes her head and walks past him. He then turns to me with a disappointed face

"They're tired," I tell him with an apologetic smile, then I walk into the house Tori is sitting on the stairs with Riley leaning on her shoulder, "girls your bedrooms are upstairs, all the important stuff should already be set up. I'm leaving later so good night and be good for Uncle Chris" I tell them, as I kiss each of their heads before giving Rose to Tori, she walks off up the stairs with Riley tailing close behind her. I turn back to Chris

"So, what am I supposed to do I had so much planned," Chris wines as he throws his hands in the air, I look over at the living room and see he built a fort, "that was for the Nerf gun war"

"How long have you been here?" I ask,

"I don't know, how long does it take to build a popsicle stick village because I've been here longer than that," he says walking off into the kitchen I follow behind him as we enter, and I see the village he's talking about

"Chris, I told you I wouldn't be here until 6:00," I say

"Yeah, I know, but my house is so boring and old and yours is new and interesting. I thought I would find random stuff at your house and look I did! Like who just has popsicle sticks?" he says, I shake my head at his answer

"Ok well I hope you find something else to do, I'm going to go get ready now," I say walking off towards the stairs

After I take a shower and do my skincare routine, then I walk over to my makeup vanity in my robe and do my makeup finishing it with matte red lipstick i then I put my hair into a half up half down style. I then walk over to my bed where I have laid out a red off the shoulders long sleeve sweater shirt, baggy jeans and boots since Lizzie texted earlier telling me I should wear something casual,
I put the clothes on and add a necklace and earrings to pull it all together. I slip a small jewelry box in my purse before leaving the room, I walk downstairs and go to the living room to see Chris sitting on the couch watching Fast and Furious.

"Hey, Lizzie is supposed to be picking me up soon. How do I look" I ask him as I spin around

"You look amazing, hope you have fun." Chris says,
