Meerab woke up to the sound of a cell phone ringing. She slowly opened her eyes adjusting to the bright day light. Sitting up straight in the bed she realised it was Murtasim's phone that was ringing.

Her eyes then went to Murtasim who was sleeping ever so peacefully on that ever so uncomfortable couch. A smile made it's way on her lips, he looked so breathtaking even in his sleep.

But then she realised the phone has been ringing continuously which could disturb his beautiful sleep.

Getting up from the bed she moved towards the table to keep the phone on silent. Sitting infront of him, she observed his face, his slow breathing, his handsome features, and the frown that was always there.

She shook her head, he can't even sleep without those crease lines. slowly caressing his forehead, she felt the lines fade under her touch and a shaky breath left his lips, as if he was holding onto something and then with her touch he let it go.

She let her eyes roam over his face, memorizing each detail. That small scar at the bottom of lip and that mole near his eyelid. She enjoyed watching him.

Her eyes came to rest on his lips and she wondered what it would be like to have them on hers, what they would taste like. The urge to have his lips on hers, the urge to hold his hands and kiss his scar so powerful.

With each breath he took she wondered what it would be like to have his body pressed against hers, to hear his heart beat against her chest.

She looked at his hands and wondered how it would feel when his hands roamed freely on her body, making her flush against him.

Her breathing escalated as she let her eyes devour him and her thoughts go wild.

She saw his eyes flutter, slowly opening his eyes adjusting his vision and quickly stood up.

He sat up on the couch staring at her with his big brown eyes and her heart fluttered.
Her cheeks flushed pink as she stared back at the man before her, who just woke up and looked at her with such innocence.

"What happened, why are you staring at me like this?" He raised his eyebrows, eyes still sleepy and voice honeyed.

"Nothing, your.,your phone was ringing and I didn't want it to disturb your sleep so I put it on silent" nervousness building in her stomach, cheeks flushed, she looked at him.

"Ohh, thank you. When did you wake up, you should rest for a while." Taking his phone from the table he pocketed it.

"No, I actually have to study now, I had enough rest"

He turned to face her, pinning her with his eyes. His look of *I dare you* telling her not to try it. Shutting her mouth, she quietly went back to the bed.

"Good, I have some meetings to attend, I'll be back at night" he informed.
She gave him a smile, he returned it.
Taking his files he went out of the room.

She exhaled a deep breath she didn't know she held for God knows how long. Taking an apple from the fruit tray she sat on the bed, her thoughts filled with him.

She closed her eyes as she sat there, his face flashing infront of her eyes. His dark brown orbs staring at her, a smirk playing on his lips as if he knew she craved for him.

The sudden buzz of the phone interrupted her thoughts. she mentally smacked herself at her wild thoughts.

A message popped up, a smile erupted on her face as she read it

Murtasim:
Did you have your medicines?

Meerab:
Yeah! Don't be so concerned, focus on your work Mister.
