Anna's POV
I was ushered up manny stairs into a small baby pink and white hall full of fold up chairs. Each one had a little cross stitch pillow with a name on it. I quickly found my one in the third row and did an imaginary happy dance when I found out that I would be sitting with Elsa my big sister. Although I am three years younger than her we have always been taught together so we know the same things and will be in the same year. I take a look at the pillow to the left of me. RAPUNZEL. I'm sure I know that name, are we related? I decide to ask Elsa, she remembers everything. "Psst. Elsa. Do you know a girl called Rapunzel?"
"Anna come on. Mum told us this. She was really excited because her sister's daughter, Rapunzel, is coming here."
Elsa replies .
"Ohhhh." I say remembering the little blonde girl who ran around the palace laughing.
There is a sudden thud as a redhead plonks down into her seat she sticks a rather grubby hand out to Elsa.
"I'm Merida."
Elsa looks at me nervously and I nod my head urging her to make a friend.
"Elsa umm. Hi?"
I want to facepalm. Until Elsa gets to know someone she has the social skills of a duck.
I sigh and tun away to face a pair of green eyes.
"RAPUNZEL," I smile, realizing her blank face, I try to explain,"Our mums are sisters we are... sort of cousins" I tentatively grin. She deadpans until something inside her head clicks she grins back almost sending me tumbling with a hug. Then a loud speaker blares ad three winged old ladies make their way to the stage. They are each dressed in a different clour. One red, one green, and one blue. The red one starts by introducing the school and the history and a long boring speech about being the best girl you can be blah blah blah. I zoned out until I heard applause and the green fairy stepped up.
"Hello girls. I'll be informing you about your dorms. Firstly dorm assignments, you, as freshmen, will be sleeping in the North Tower you will be in dorms of five."
She started to list names until finally my name was called.
I was to share with a pretty brunette called Belle, a girl named Ariel with scarlet, not ginger, but scarlet hair, a girl my age from hawaii, and a blonde with an addiction to pink named Charlotte.
Rapunzel and Merida are next door with Giselle, Jane and a Russian girl called Anastasia. Elsa is just down the hall with some girls called Tiana, Aurora, Violet, and Fayline.Belle's POV
Room 314. I took a deep breath as I twisted the key to reveal a medium sized baby pink and white striped room.
there were five bunk beds in two rows either side of a window and that was it. That can't be right. As I walked forwards I started to understand. Beneath the bunk beds was a desk and the outward most facing leg of the bed was a wardrobe.[As seen above]. I marveled at the clever design before the silence was broken by two rather small girls.
"I'm Anna. It is nice to meet you. You must be Belle," she says as she sees the pillow that I'm clutching,"Which bed do you want? Can I take this one she says gesturing to one of the two near the window."
The little Hawaiian girl introduces herself as Lilo and takes the opposite bunk to Anna and I take the bed nearest the door. Next a slim girl with bright red hair walks in with her sister who is helping her to carry her trunk.
"Hi I'm Ariel, this is Attina, she is our dorm supervisor and music teacher."
Attina waves and leaves. Ariel chooses the bunk next to me. We all begin to unpack the floor filling up with clothes. I can already see that we each have a distinct style. Lilo has a LOT of Hawaiian print stuff. Anna is way more cutesy and mainly wears green, purple and blue. Ariel mainly in plain tops and nice skirts with the odd dress or pair of jeans thrown in there. I'm sure they have noticed my abundance of blue, white and yellow things. One girl still hasn't arrived. As that thought enters my mind the door is thrown open by a girl wearing way too much pink followed by two butlers each carrying a trunk.
"Hello sugars. I'm Lottie and ma daddy is rich. Now d'yall wanna tell me your names."
We go around in a circle introducing ourselves. To be honest if Lottie thought her fathers wealth was going to secure her friendships, she was wrong, at least in this dorm. As we make small talk and continue to unpack Lottie sits on her bead and shouts orders at the two butlers now unpacking a mass of pink cloths. I sigh how spoilt can this child be?
In ten minutes everyone but Lottie has finished unpacking and Ariel asks if we want to come with her to the Disney Deli. We all agree happily but Lottie smiles in a mock apologetic way
"Oh, I'm sorry. I can't come. I mean imagine how embarrassing it would be for me to be seen with the likes of you. Goodbye now!"
In my head I plotted Lottie's demise. Instead of enacting these plans I smiled sweetly and shut the door behind me.
