Andrea's day had been a whirlwind of activity. The interrogation of Luis Martinez had revealed unsettling details about his relationship with Valeria Silva and the disturbing nature of their interactions. As she returned to her apartment, she felt the weight of the case bearing down on her. Her apartment, an elegant oasis of tranquility amidst the chaos of the city, offered a brief respite. The soft light of the late afternoon sun filtered through her floor-to-ceiling windows, casting a warm, golden glow over the tastefully decorated space. She poured herself a cup of jasmine tea, hoping the soothing aroma would provide some relief. As she sank into her favorite armchair, her thoughts drifted to the case. Her phone buzzed on the coffee table, jolting her from her reverie. The screen displayed Thomas Callahan's name, stirring a mix of curiosity and anticipation. She had only met Thomas briefly, but his charm and sophistication had left an impression.

Andrea answered the call with a professional tone, though a hint of warmth colored her voice. "Detective Oliveira."

"Detective Oliveira," Thomas's voice came through, smooth and confident. "I hope I'm not catching you at a bad time."

Andrea couldn't help but smile slightly. "Not at all. What can I do for you?"

Thomas's voice held a touch of intrigue. "I have some potential information about Valeria Silva that I think you might find valuable. Could we meet to discuss it?"

Andrea's interest was piqued. "Sure, where would you like to meet?"

Thomas provided the address of a discreet café known for its privacy and exceptional coffee. Andrea agreed and ended the call, her mind racing with possibilities. She quickly relayed the information to James, who was organizing the details of their investigation.

James looked up from his notes. "Thomas has information? That's promising. I'll head over to Sofia's place and see what she knows."

Andrea nodded. "Great. I'll meet Thomas and see what he has. Keep me posted on Sofia."

She left her apartment, her thoughts focused on the meeting with Thomas. The drive to the café was swift, and she arrived with a few minutes to spare. The café was an upscale establishment with modern décor and an air of exclusivity. Thomas was already there, seated at a secluded table in the back, his tall frame and distinguished appearance drawing attention.

Andrea approached the table, her heart beating a little faster. Thomas looked up as she arrived, a charming smile playing on his lips. "Detective Oliveira, always a pleasure," he said, his voice smooth and inviting.

Andrea took a seat opposite him, trying to keep her tone professional. "Thomas, thank you for meeting me. What do you have for us?"

Thomas slid a file across the table, and Andrea's eyes immediately fell on the contents. "I've been reviewing Valeria's financials and some transactions related to her employment. There were several large deposits made to her account from sources that aren't immediately clear. Additionally, there are communication records that suggest she was involved with individuals who might have been significant in her personal life or financial dealings."

Andrea scanned the documents, feeling a surge of excitement. "These transactions are substantial. Do you have any idea who these sources might be?"

Thomas leaned forward slightly, his gaze locked with hers. "Yes, I've traced some of the transactions back to an exclusive escort agency known for its discretion. Valeria seems to have made several large payments to them."

Andrea's interest deepened. "An escort agency? That's intriguing. Did you find any specific names or contacts associated with these transactions?"

Thomas's smile grew a little warmer. "Yes, there's a contact named 'Isabella' who appears frequently in the records. She seems to be a key person at the agency. I also found several phone numbers linked to her."
