Chapter 2

I wake up to shouting and chaos.i groan as i sit up in bed.i get up and go to the bathroom.

After I wash my face and brush my teeth,i put on a hoodie before going downstairs.

"No!,there is no way that-""it is true stop fighting me about it!"I hear people shouting and fighting from the kitchen.

When I go in the kitchen,Asher and dad are fighting while Theo and Damian are sitting on their phones.

Dad and Asher don't notice me as I sit down on a stool.

Damian looks from his phone while Theo is texting someone,probably his girlfriend.

Damian is wearing a white shirt with a sweat pants.His hair is messy like always.I wonder how it would feel to run my hand through-
No.shut up stelle,he's not even attractive

I ignore Damian as I sit on the stool quietly.

"You want coffee?"théo asks as he puts his phone down and stands up,walking to the coffee machine.

"Yes,please."I say as I drop my head to the counter.

"Oh hello,sweetheart how'd you sleep?"dad asks as he looks at me"fine"I say.

Dad and Asher continue talking as Theo hands me a cup of coffee, "thanks"I say as I take it from him and take a sip.

"Bella's coming over,"Theo says.i hum as I drink the coffee.

Damian and Theo start talking and I stay quiet while drinking my coffee.

Dad and Asher leave the kitchen and I go to the fridge,opening it.

I get an apple and close the fridge as the door bell rings.Theo goes to open the door,I lean against the counter as I take a bite from my apple.

Damian is staring at me as I take a bite but I'm staring at the floor.i lift my eyes and meet Damian's eyes.

I narrow my eyes at him as I eat my apple,he was about to open his mouth but Theo walks in with his girlfriend.

Theo has been with Bella since he was 17.Arabella is very pretty and is very close with our family.Theo is head over heels obsessed with her.

"Hey stelle"she says,giving me a smile.i give her a small smile in return.

Theo and Bella sit down beside Damian.i finish my apple and leave the kitchen.i glance at Damian before I leave to find him already looking at me.

I look away and go upstairs,into my room with sparing a second glance at Damian.

Later that day.I'm in my room,listening to songs while I get ready.im going out to a new restaurant that opened up.

Avery,Theo and Bella are also coming,Damian might come too.i haven't seen him since this morning.

I finish my makeup and walk to my closet and pick a dress.its a black dress with sleeves,it reaches my thighs and has a slit in the side.

I put on a pair of heels and take my bag before leaving my room.

When I walk downstairs,Theo is on the couch with Bella beside him.both of them are looking at his phone.

theo is wearing black pants with a blue top,while Bella is wearing a light blue off the shoulder dress that stops above her knees.

Damian is sitting on a chair next to them on his phone.he's wearing black pants and a black button up.

He looks amazing.
But I would never tell him that.

I remove my gaze from him and look at my brother, "let's go,we have to pick up Avery first."I say and all eyes look up at me.

"Finally"Theo mumbles and stands up,taking his girlfriend's hand and helping her up.

Damian stands up slowly,still looking at me.i look away from him and walk to the door, "I'll be in the car."I say and walk out.

"This is fancy"Avery says,I hum as I walk In beside her,"do you think they have sushi?"she asks

I shrug "maybe,"I say as we stop infront of the host stand.

Theo tell her our reservations and she takes us to the table.we sit down with Theo and Bella across from me,Avery and Damian.

I'm sitting in the middle of Avery and Damian.with Avery to my left and Damian to my right.

God why does he smell so good-

"Can I get you guys anything to drink?"the waiter asks as he comes over to the table.

"I'll take a wine,"Bella says and I nod "I'll take on too,"I tell the waiter.

"Champagne,"Avery says.theo and Damian order a beer.the waiter nods and goes away,after a while he brings the drinks.

"What do you guys want to eat?"theo asks as he picks up the menu.bella leans into him as she looks at the menu with him.

They're so disgusting cute,I want what they have but i would never admit that.

"Ooh they have sushi."Avery says to me as I pick up the menu, "the pasta looks good tho"I tell her as I scan through the menu.

"I wanna try the steak"Bella tell Theo as he turns his head to look at her "yea?"

"Mhm"she hum as he smiles at her and kisses her.i gag and look back at the menu with a disgusted face.

I hear Damian laugh quietly while looking at me,I glare at him as he grins.i look back at the menu and ignore him.

"I think I'll take the Alfredo pasta,"I say as I look up to find Theo and Bella finally separated, Theo nods as Avery talks.

"I want the sushi plate"she says as she closes her menu and places it on the table, "I'll get the pizza"Damian tells Theo.

"Yea me too"Theo says as he closes his menu.the waiter comes over and Theo orders the food.

I take a sip of my drink and glance at Damian.he's looking down at his phone.god why does his side profile have to be so perfect.

I look away and turn to Avery,starting a conversation with her.

"That was amazing food."Avery says as we walk into the house.bella nods as she takes off her shoes,"that steak was amazing,we have to go back someday"she says as she walks upstairs with Theo.

"Sleep over?"I ask Avery as we walk into my room.we dropped Damian off and Bella is gonna stay with Theo.

She nods as she falls on my bed with a sigh, "I love your bed."she says as I walk into the bathroom.

I take a shower and change into a top and shorts,I walk back into the room to find Avery changed into one of my tops and sweatpants,laying on my bed.

I turn off the light and lay down beside her,"you okay?"she asks and I nod.

I hope so.
