A Pleasant meet of 2 strangers

Hello guys!! I'm back with a new part. Hope u are enjoying the story. The Previous part ended with Tong Yao booking Flight tickets to Shanghai. Now let's continue from the next day.!!:)) 

Do forgive me but I am not good at explaining the game view so i would not be describing it. Sorry, sorry!!!!

The next morning, Tong Yao set off for Shenzhen at 9 a.m. To say she was nervous would be an understatement for she was going to meet one of the top pro-gamer team. Before the final announcement of flight taking off, she received a message from Rui that he will be waiting for her at the hotel where their team is staying and that he has also booked a room for her. He also sent his photo to her. This did give Yao a sense of gratitude and also grew more respect for the team.

The flight landed after about 2.5 hours to Shanghai airport. Yao reached the hotel and found Rui waiting for her near the reception. She went and talked to Rui about her unsure decision and also confirmed that she would give her final answer after the match when Rui advised her to not be hasty about her decision.

After finishing the talk with Rui, Tao was going to her room, when Rui asked her whether she would like to see the members of ZGDX though not personally, but they would pass by here soon. She smiled and replied that she would see them but on stage in the match. This did create a good impression on Rui about her not being too much of a fangirl like others. It made him think that how hilarious situations would be experienced by them if she were to really join their team. Like seriously, a not-so-affected-by-fame Yao along with aloof Lao K, Stone-faced rock-hearted Lu Si Cheng, funny &foody Fatty (Xiao Pang) and a blockheaded Lao Mao who knows nothing other than work out and games being under the same roof. Thinking about it only makes him laugh.

After sometime Yao goes to the store near the hotel to buy some snacks for herself. While she was on her way to return to the hotel she ran into her ex-boyfriend, Jiang Yang. Though they had broken up, he seemed to not accept it and wanted to get together with her. She tried to run to the hotel without him noticing but failed to do so cause he saw her and started coming after her. She ran inside the hotel and went straight inside the lift without noticing a person standing inside. As soon as she entered the lift she selected her floor and closed the mouth of the person next to her before he could scold her and let Jiang Yang find her. After the lift starts moving, she notices what she did and apologizes and then recognizes him as Lu Si Cheng.

While Lu Si Cheng is amused as it was the first time someone did not pay attention to him or recognize him but was too focused on escaping from his rival team's jungler. What intrigued him more was that the girl in front of him seemed to have a close relation with Jiang Yang but did not like him. So he asked while hiding his amused smile with a poker face if she knew Jiang Yang.

Tong Yao, on the other hand was too embarrassed for what she did especially to the one whom she thinks of as her inspiration to keep working until and after u receive success. So she just nodded her head in affirmative while wearing a calm expression. Yao thought she just made a fool out of herself in front of LSC.

The lift reached the floor where Yao was staying. So she apologized for her behaviour and thanked LSC for putting up with her and went away. While here, Cheng was smiling (his killer smile 🥰) as if he had heard one of the funniest joke ever (Of course not like a fool. Cheng can be tricky but not give a smile like a fool ever.!!!.....😝). While here Yao while going to her room was smiling and lightly patting her head. Hence, This was how the pleasantly intriguing first meet of these two took place in the lift.

Soon, it was the time of the match between ZGDX and CK.

Here, In the audience area, Yao was sitting with her best friend Jinyan, who had come just 1 hr after Yao had come. While on the stage both the teams were entering. The commentator gave their introduction to the audience. While they were settling on their seats, the spotlight stopped at Yao and Jinyan. Seeing this both Jiang Yang and Lu Si Cheng's eyes fell on the screen to audience area. While Yang was confused of the reason behind her presence, Cheng was pleasantly surprised of her being present over there.

Soon the match started, though becuz of Yao's presence Yang was distracted at first making them lose for first round. And it did not go unnoticed by Lu Si Cheng. Soon Yang regained his composure or say was determined to show his success to Yao while the hand injury on Ming's hand starts affecting his performance. This makes the ZGDX lose the championship and CK win.

Before exiting, Ming gave a heart-warming speech about his journey in e-sports industry so far and declares his retirement claiming that this stage now requires new talents. This speech helped Yao in making her decision but before conveying her reply to Rui she decided to see all the matches of ZGDX and especially Ming's so as to reconfirm her decision and familiarize herself with ZGDX's teamwork. And also, to provide the team some time alone to calm themselves from Ming's retirement.

By evening Yao had watched most of ZGDX's matches and had now made her decision. She took her mobile, heaving a long breath and with a determined look, she messaged Rui that she has made her decision. She will join the team and will come to the base tomorrow. Here, after receiving the msg from Yao, Rui informs everyone in ZGDX of the new teammate's arrival with enthusiasm. He tells them to not underestimate her and that she is different from others. While Cheng thought can the new team member be as different as her (he doesnt' know her identity yet if you're forgetting).

Hah!!! *sigh* At last I made them meet.  But Cheng still is not aware of Yao's identity so the surprise awaits him.

Tong Yao's arrival. Who knows what this twist might bring in their lives. Opportunities wait for none so grab it when u have them in front of u.
