"I'll be discharged tomorrow."
Joshua said as I entered his hospital room. I also brought him his request, KFC. They told me not to bring him any fast food since he is under training, but he insisted so I just gave it to him.
I saw him sitting and acting like nothing to him. He just had a minor injury so the doctor told us that he could continue playing basketball. He can't quit; he's the captain of the basketball team. Joshua can be dumb and clumsy sometimes like I don't know what he's thinking actually.
I sat down on the sofa and took out my assignment, I'll just gonna do it here. To be honest, I just came here hoping that I might see Han again.
Wow, Han? Are we that close? First name basis lmao.
I don't know his surname either...Hansong guy.
"What are you doing?" Joshua asked curiously and peeked at what I was doing. I didn't let him see it, so he pouted and acted like he was sulking.
"Childish," I whispered, enough for him to hear.
"Who's childish? You're the one who's not letting me see it." he bickered.
"I'm drawing something, maybe because I took Architecture right?" I sarcastically asked.
"Nye nye, maybe because I took Architecture, right?" he imitated me like a child.
I rolled my eyes at him and continued what I was doing. He stayed quiet and just watched the TV; he was busy changing the channels when his doctor came in, so I stopped what I was doing. I looked at his back, but I didn't see Han.
When will I see him again? Should I visit Mia and act like I'm just there to see her? What if she notices that I have a crush on someone at their school? She's quite nosy.
When the doctor was done talking with Joshua, I also bid goodbye to him since I also needed to go home. I sense that he still wants me to stay longer, but I really need to go home since it looks like it's gonna rain, and I didn't bring an umbrella.
So I waited for a taxi at the waiting shed since it had already started raining. I was just sitting at the waiting shed and just looking at the vehicles passing by. But someone caught my attention, he was walking down the overpass. It was Han, he was holding a strawberry shake while walking in front of me.
I am still gazing at him in awe, especially when he comes to a halt by my side as his phone suddenly rings. It seems like he doesn't fully sense my presence.
"Oh?" he answered his phone.
I glanced at him and saw his profile. He has a perfect nose, jawline, and a very pretty side profile.
"Yeah, I haven't read the cases yet."
I looked at his digital watch. Wew, Apple watch.
"Taxation? I don't think so." He answered again. I immediately looked away as he looked in my direction. Maybe he senses that someone is looking at him. I just acted like I was looking at the rain in front of me. "I'll ask Attorney Kim." He said and ended the call without cutting his gaze on me.
Okay, now I feel awkward. This is what it feels like when someone is looking at you.
"When will the rain stop?" I'm talking to myself. "I even forgot to bring an umbrella."
I can hear him chuckle because of what I'm doing like I'm talking to myself.
"Sorry, I don't have an umbrella."
He said so I looked at him in shock. Do I look like I need an umbrella from him? No. I just said that because I feel too awkward right now. Ugh! I can't explain.
