The Mehndi ceremony was a grand affair. The Haveli was adorned with marigolds and fairy lights, creating a magical ambiance. Neha, dressed in a vibrant green lehenga, watched as the henna artists delicately painted intricate designs on her hands. As the night wore on, the festivities grew louder, with music, dance, and laughter filling the air.

Aariz was there, of course, his camera capturing every moment. But more often than not, his lens seemed to focus on Neha. Each time she caught him looking at her, he would flash a playful smile, sending her heart into a whirlwind.

As the ceremony continued, Neha noticed a man she hadn't seen before—Raza, Aariz's close friend. He was tall, with a rugged charm and a piercing gaze that made her feel uneasy. He seemed friendly with Aariz, but there was something about the way he looked at Neha that made her uncomfortable.

Later that night, Aariz and Neha found themselves alone on the rooftop terrace, away from the chaos below. The city lights twinkled in the distance as they talked about their lives, their passions, and their fears. Aariz opened up about his parents' untimely death, how photography had been his escape, his way of dealing with loss.

Neha felt a deep connection to Aariz, a sense of understanding that transcended words. But there was also something else—an undercurrent of desire that she couldn't ignore. As Aariz leaned in closer, she felt her breath catch, but before anything could happen, Raza appeared at the top of the stairs, his presence breaking the spell.

"ارے واہ! دونوں یہاں چھپے ہوئے ہیں،" Raza said with a smirk. "لگتا ہے کچھ خاص بات چل رہی ہے۔"

("Well, well! The two of you hiding up here, seems like something special is going on.")

Aariz laughed it off, but Neha could see a flicker of annoyance in his eyes. They quickly made their way back downstairs, the moment lost, but the tension lingering.
