" I guess this is goodbye ," Jessica says, sadly leaving all of her friends behind that she'd known for years, Slowly letting go of Brittany's hand, her best friend for the past four years.

"yeah, I guess so, goodbye Jessica"                                                                                                                             She watched the car take off and go down the road as it grew smaller and smaller,  until the car had finally vanished, begging in her head for her friend to stay but she knew that there was nothing that she could do to keep her from leaving.

Jessica's brother, Jessie awakening the next morning furious because he didn't get a chance to tell his friends goodbye, felt as if someone had beat him down and left him for dead repeating himself saying that he couldn't and wouldn't be able to see his friends nor his girlfriend anymore. Knowing that they were miles and miles away and had no way of getting back even if he wanted.

"Man, i wanna go back home," Jessie told his mother. He knew they weren't moving back, but he had to at least put an effort in. "I know, but we can't, i'm sorry." Just days ago their mother was saying how she'd always wanted to move out of Georgia and go live with Ann, their grandmother in Michigan, Once they'd heard that they were saddened by the news and wanted nothing to do with anyone at the time.

A couple of months later , they had gotten terrible news about they're grandmother having cancer but that wasn't the worst news that they had heard recently, they're mom and dad was in a fatal car crash leaving them no choice but to stay in Michigan and take care of they're sickly grandmother. The news left Jessie and Jessica devastated , With no one to turn to but each other.

"KNOCK! KNOCK!", "What do you want?" , You have to come out and eat something you've been in there for two days without anything to eat or drink. "Go away, Jessie!" not until you eat something. Jessica opens up the door slowly, tears rolling down her face. "I miss mom and dad" i know you do, so do i but you cant just sit in there and not eat anything. Jessica walks into the kitchen and grabs an apple. With their grandmother being sickly all of the money has to go towards the medical bills leaving them with little food.

"We've spent everything that we had on medical bills for grandma, sis" I gotta go and try to find a job or something. Weeks and weeks passed still no job. A couple of weeks after moving in with their grandmother Jessie met a couple of friends and they've been close ever since.

Hours and hours later Jessie finally made it back home. "Where were you all night?" Jessie put his head down and reached into his pockets. it dosen't matter where i was just know im taking care of us, -pulling out a wad of money. "where did you get all of that from?" Jessie made not a sound and walked upstairs to his bedroom.

The next morning Jessica walked upstairs to talk to her brother, but when she opened the door he wasnt inside. She tried calling his phone but he didnt answer she started to get worried so she told her grandma, but there was nothing that she could do about it . Jessie finally made it back home at 11pm. "You had me worried sick! Where were you?!" jessie ignored his sister and begin to walk upstairs. "I've already lost mom and dad, im not trying to loose you too!"Jessie stopped and looked back at his sister and walked towards her and hugged her. im not going anywhere sis , i promise.
