Cassie's pov

I felt soft beams of light hitting my eyelids, I squinted my eyes before opening and trying to adjust to the sudden brightness. My hands flung to the right side of the bed only to find the space empty. I looked around and found no one in the room. I wrapped the blanket around me and strolled outside of the room only to find Taehyung in the kitchen trying to break an egg . "Mamaa Mia...are you cooking?" I exclaimed making him look at me." Well that's a nice view that I could get in the morning." He smirked while looking at me , I felt blood rush to my cheeks ."and no I'm not cooking I'm just tryin' to lay eggs ." He fired back with a sarcastic smile, I rolled my eyes and made my way to the kitchen."yeah yeah very funny..." I said making him chuckle."so what are you preparing?" I asked while peeking through his broad shoulders. "French toast and omlette." He replied while smashing the avacado before grabbing by my waist . I gasped when he lifted me up and placed me on the counter top. "You feeling good? Is there any pain?" He asked while caressing my thighs. I shook my head "it isn't as painful as I thought." I stated while wrapping him inside the blanket too . I felt shivers dance on my spine when his cold fingers grazed my bare waist. Our moment came to an pause when we smell something burning."Holyycrapp the egg is burnt!!!" I shouted making him flinch . His eyes went wide when he saw the omlette which was not in the condition to eat he held the pan and threw it into the sink."seems like we gotta grab our breakfast from outside today...." He said while scratching the back of his head."I should get ready then...." I sighed getting off the kitchen island and making way towards the bedroom. "Want me to join you too...." He screamed from the kitchen."nehhh,clean the kitchen." I yelled back before getting inside the bathroom.

"What would you like to order ma'am ?" "I would like 2 hot chocolate and avacado toast." I said to the waitress who was noting down our order. I gazed at Taehyung who was coming out of the washroom while patting his hands dry. "You ordered?" "Yepp" I nodded my head . "So what's the plan for Today, now that your winter breaks has started we got a lot of time." He stated making me smile widely and nod my head . "Yeahh, I was thinking of going for a long drive." I shared my thought . "That's nice, ?" "What about Miami? "Nothing so special about that place.." he denied making me think for some . "What about North Pole?" My face lit up when he suggested. "Woah that would be nice, but won't it be too far we're here in New York and....it takes atleast 3 days and 7 hours to reach North Pole..." I said while shoving my phone onto his face inorder to show the distance but he just shrugged. "That's what long drive means...Come on Cassie it'll be great...." I gave up thinking when I saw the happiness twinkling in his hazel brown eyes."okay..so when we'll be leaving?" "Why not tomorrow." He stated making me look at him with disbelief."Are you-" "here's your order ma'am....have a nice day." I was interrupted by the waitress who bought both of our food. "Spontaneous trips are worth for real." He said while taking a bite of his toast."yeah but-" "it's final we'll be leaving tomorrow." He cut me off while stuffing the toast inside my mouth.

I looked at Taehyung who got out of the café after paying the bills. "So shall we leave?" He extended his hand which I grabbed gladly. We strolled through the streets while admiring the Christmas decorations which were making everything looks more beautiful and simple. "Hey ? You know it's been 6 months since we met..." I cheered making him smile."I never realised that, I felt like everything was so fast..." He said in an ardent voice."And I'm loving each second of everything..." I replied while gripping his hand and staring at him . "You should..." He stated while pulling down my cap entirely hiding my face."YAH!!!" I yelled making him laugh and wrapped his arms around my shoulder. "Let's get going we gotta lot to do..." He reminded. Soon we both reached house and started packing our essentials.

"Taehyung could you keep these things in my bag, I'll go and check the car if it's in a good condition or else we'll have to rent one." I stated while rushing downstairs and going inside the garage. I took a deep breath before opening the garage door. I looked at the red car which once used to be my mom's. A thin layer of dust was covering the whole car. 'Seems like she didn't use this much' I thought while checking every corner of the car. "Cassie , I kept the things in the ba- holy cow Ford -150!!" He exclaimed while storming inside the room making me Chuckle. "Not mine..." I said while raising both my hands. "You had this huge ass car and you never told me about it..." "It used to be my mom's car..." "She got a nice taste...." He admitted making me shake my head . "Now help me clean the car..." I demanded, he nodded his head and got the essentials to clean the car.

"Taehyung!!!!" I screamed when he directed the water sprinkler on me making me completely drenched. He was laughing his ass out while looking at me I grabbed the soap water bucket and splashed the whole thing on him making him drenched in foam and water. "Fuck!!!" He cried while wiping the foam from his face. He came to my side with the bucket of dirty water making my eyes widen. We both started to run not realising the floor was slippery soon enough I lost my balance and fell on my butt following Taehyung who also slipped making the water fall on his head itself. I fell back laughing while holding my stomach. I got up while trying hard to control the laugh and removed the bucket from his head.He had his nose scrunched and a disgusted look . "Ughhh..i need a bath now ."He whined before pushing back his hair which had become sticky due to the foam, dirt and water.He got up carefully and glanced at me . I spread both my arms "I don't wanna walk..." I buzzed "you'll get dirt on you too if I carry you." "Well I thought I could shower with you , it's okay maybe nex-" I was swiped off the ground within a second. I looked at him who had a grin on his face. "Such a perv..." I teased , he laughed "only for you...." He cooed while jogging outside the garage.

The cold water was pouring on us but it couldn't get rid of the heat rushing in our body. I flinched when I felt the cold marble touch my back . Both our breath huffing mouths passionately , his hands grabbing my waist while my stayed fixed on his wet hair. I playfully bit his lip softly making him groan. We both smiled between the kiss . I pulled away to catch my breath. I looked at his eyes which screamed affection, care and....Love.....He pulled me in for another kiss which I replied back immediately.
