(In the Winx Universe)
(In Another Realm)
Thunderclouds churned ominously above a desolate land, where trees stand as mere shadows of their former selves, stripped of life and color. The landscape stretches out bleak and barren for miles, except for a towering mountain that pierces the sky, its summit lost within the thunderous clouds. Halfway up the mountain, a sinister castle clings to the rocky slopes. Within its dark throne room, three crystalline coffins stand upright, their surfaces etched with ancient symbols and mysterious writings. Each coffin houses a being, trapped and motionless, their forms encased in the translucent crystal.
A sudden crack of thunder reverberated through the castle, and in one of the coffins, a pair of glowing red eyes snapped open. The being inside strained against its prison, desperately trying to break free, but the crystal held firm.
The figure then closed its eyes, concentrating with an intense focus. Moments later, the stone floor of the throne room rumbled and split open as a plain, unadorned coffin rose from the ground.
"Awaken, my servant," commanded the being, its voice cold and resonant with power.
The coffin creaked open, revealing a muscular man clad in black attire. A hood draped over the back of his shirt, while a black mask obscured most of his face, leaving only his piercing eyes visible. Two swords hung at his belt, their hilts marked with a symbol identical to the one emblazoned on his chest—a hand gripping the hilt of a sword. The warrior knelt before the coffin that contained his imprisoned master.
"You summoned me, master," the warrior intoned, his voice respectful and unwavering.
"Yes," the being replied. "I have sensed a presence in Magix, one that bears a striking resemblance to the power that imprisoned me and my brothers in these cursed coffins. You are to bring this individual to me, so that we may finally be freed."
"It shall be done, master," the warrior responded, his form dissolving into black smoke. He reappeared outside the castle and swiftly conjured a portal, stepping through it and emerging in Magix.
"I will find you," the warrior murmured as he set off to fulfill his master's command.
(At Alfea, with Bloom and the Girls)
"Hello, everyone! My name is Professor Wizgiz, and I'll be teaching you girls the art of Metamorphosis," announced the cheerful elf as he addressed the class.
The girls were seated on the left side of the room, near the windows, with Bloom and Stella in the front row.
"Now, who can tell me what Metamorphosis is?" Professor Wizgiz asked, looking around the room. No one raised their hands. "No one? Well, Metamorphosis is the art of changing your body," he explained. With a mischievous grin, the elf pulled his cheek wide, transforming his face into a perfect likeness of Griselda, causing the class to giggle.
With a hop, the elf returned to his original form and perched himself on a couple of tables. He continued to explain how metamorphic magic could be incredibly useful for discretion, allowing one to alter their appearance at will.
"Now, since this is the first class of the year, we'll start with something small and simple," Wizgiz said as he used his magic to bring out mirrors from hidden compartments in the tables. Each girl took a mirror, except for Mori, who remained unfazed. "Let's start by changing your hair color. It should be a cinch for you ladies."
Most of the girls successfully altered the color of their hair, their reflections showing vibrant shades of blue, pink, and green. But Bloom, after multiple attempts, failed to make the change. Frustrated, she set her mirror down on the table in front of her, feeling defeated.
