3.10 | The Red Raven
Fred Weasley's world is turned upside down after a night of bliss with Margaret. As the Weasley household is thrown into chaos by a mysterious attack, Markus Xenakis arrives, grievously injured and bearing devastating news: Margaret is missing, lost in the woods, with the werewolf Greyback and his pack involved. Fred's desperation mounts as Order members scramble to find her, but by nightfall, hope begins to fade.
Margaret, meanwhile, had set out with Markus to investigate suspicious werewolf activity, driven by a sense of duty and fear for innocent lives. Their investigation takes a dark turn as they stumble into danger, leading to a harrowing encounter that leaves Margaret's fate uncertain.
The tension builds as Fred and the Order anxiously await any word of her, and the full moon night threatens to reveal a grim outcome.
3.11 | To Deal With Death
Charlie Weasley finds himself inexplicably drawn to a mysterious location in France, a place called the Valley of Return. While camping by the Fairies' Mirror, he encounters a glowing red raven and a gravely injured Margaret.
As he tries to help her, a series of strange and magical events unfold, including the lake's water coming to life and a mystical canopy forming overhead.
Margaret's soul is transported to the Sea of Souls, a place between life and death, where she meets Death himself.
Death reveals that she is dead but offers her a deal: if she helps him, he will return her to life.
3.12 | The Vanishing
In the week following Margaret's disappearance, the Wizarding and Muggle worlds are shaken by a mysterious mass disappearance from a campsite. The Ministry of Magic scrambles to distance the wizarding community from the incident, while Muggle reports hint at supernatural involvement.
Sirius Black, frustrated and grieving, finds proof that Margaret's belongings were among the missing, confirming she was at the campsite.
As the Order's search proves fruitless, suspicions about Markus Xenakis grow. Despite his serious injuries, Markus insists he didn't abandon Margaret, but his story remains unconvincing to some. Tensions rise as the Order faces mounting pressure and limited leads.
A shocking revelation emerges when the Daily Prophet reports the death of the notorious werewolf Fenrir Greyback.
With Greyback's body found in pieces, speculation arises about a powerful new threat.
Meanwhile, Fred and George Weasley clash with their parents over the search, leading to a tense family confrontation.
As Harry, Ron, and Hermione are informed of their friend's disappearnace, Sirius promises to find Margaret, but with every passing day, the search grows more desperate.
3.13 | Once and Future
Margaret's sense of reality was fractured by unending whispers and hushed voices: "You are our only hope..." Confused and disoriented, she pieced together fragmented memories of a conversation and a powerful presence. She recalled a sense of urgency and a desperate need to convey her survival.
Her recollections shifted to childhood memories of a magician at a theme park—an enigmatic figure who once fascinated her with stories and tricks. In present time, Margaret found herself in a luxurious room with moving paintings, Charlie Weasley, and the familiar stranger from her dreams beside her. Rion. The magician from her memories from her life on another timeline.
Rion tended to Margaret's wounds, revealing that her healing was unusually rapid for werewolf injuries. Despite his reassurances, Margaret felt overwhelmed by the changes to her body and the strain of her situation. She wrestled with her fears and the reality of her altered appearance, longing to return home.
Jasper the raven revealed that they were in Albion, a magical kingdom near France.
3.14 | Whispers of Albion
Her short hair and the scar across her face were stark reminders of the ordeal she'd endured.
The sight of a pair of magpies, Fred and George's Patronuses, made her wonder about Fred's fears for her and how they may have been a self-fulfilling prophecy.
She encounters Merlin, who explains that he lives as the Guardian of the Gateway of Life and Death and that Albion was created to protect this Gateway from the Wizarding World. They discuss Margaret's troubled past, including her recent act of self-defence against Fenrir Greyback, and Merlin explains that the souls she had saved outweighed the life she had taken, emphasizing the importance of not letting guilt consume her.
When Margaret mentioned meeting the mysterious personification of Death, Xian Yang, and her deal with him, Merlin's concern grew. He promised to help her, noting that her situation was moving faster than he anticipated.
They needed a plan, and Merlin's guidance would be crucial.
