Thalia's POV:
Tonight was so important for every member of the bloodline, to start out the night I had my match against Ronda which my dad will be out there with me and the last match of the night will the the bloodline vs the brawling brutes and Drew McIntyre which I will be on commentary for. Hopefully as the new Smackdown Women's Champion.
I've spent these past 3 weeks training my ass off for this and now it's finally here. I finally get to bring another title to my family and prove to everyone why I am apart of this family.
Which is another reason why I needed a moment to myself backstage before my match. I paced a dark corner in the arena away from camera, away from my family. I was in my ring gear and I could hear the fans walking into the stadium as the pre show went on. My match kicked off the night and the men's war games match ended the night, my match set the tone for the night and I couldn't let anyone down.
I was to stuck in my head to notice where I was pacing and I bumped straight into a hard chest. I staggered back and was about to fall but a hand reached out and grabbed mine, steadying me. I took a shaky breath as I looked up at the mystery person, my eyes widening as I realize who it is.
"Bryson?!" -Thalia
"Hey stranger." -Bryson
I let out a scoff and pulled him into a tight hug.
Me and Bryson were friends down in NXT, being the youngest superstars with famous parents and families, we understood each other on a deeper level. I've always felt drawn to him, his persona, his character, everything about him made me feel connected to him somehow. But then he got injured and I got called up and I haven't seen him in almost 4 months.
"What are you doing here?" -Thaila
I pull away from him and smile up at him, the connection already coming back, as if it never left.
"I'm here to sign my contract baby! Finally got called up." -Bryson
I look u pat him with wide eyes, my smile only growing as I pull him into another tight hug. I wrapped my arms around his neck as I felt him wrap his arms around my waist.
"You're serious right? Like you're not joking with me because that would not be funny!" -Thalia
"I am so freaking serious pretty girl! I was just heading to Hunters office to sign the papers." -Bryson
