Can't Go Back to Yesterday
Chelsea's Point of View

Sunlight shimmered in through the windows, illuminating the room with a yellow glow. Chelsea was the first to arise out of bed. She had been tortured with yet another dream about Finn. Despite her feelings, she had chosen to keep them to herself. Her friends had found love—Catt with Sirena, and Lilac with Alison, though Lilac insisted they were just friends. Chelsea knew better; Lilac's eyes sparkled in a way only seen when Alison was around or when Lilac talked about her.

This is Chelsea's first time seeing her sister in a thriving relationship. The lavenderette's twin had been through a series of relationships where the girl she was dating was experimenting with her, so Chelsea was beaming with happiness for her.

Chelsea splashes cold water onto her face to cleanse her of her dreams. All Finn would do is hurt her and who would she be if she wasn't a smiling bundle of joy. Once the purple haired girl finishes her hygiene, she puts on her uniform. She continuously gets angry with herself, due to her inability to quit thinking about Finn.

It shouldn't be this hard.

"You're up early," Catt says from her desk, her fingers steadily typing away on her computer.

"As I am every morning, silly."

Chelsea looks over and sees Lilac lying down on her phone. The lavenderette would bet money that Lilac was talking to Alison. Ever since Alison was resurrected from her coma, there's been a different vibe to Lilac. She's lighter and freely giving smiles.

"Good morning, Elle," Chelsea chirps.

"Hm? Oh, morning, Chels."

Chelsea comes to her sister's side. "What are you working on?"

"Just some notes for the next phase of the plan against Alice," Catt murmured, her eyes glued to her laptop as she typed away.

Chelsea's curiosity piqued as she glanced over at Catt, who was so absorbed in whatever she was doing that she barely noticed Chelsea standing there. "Another phase already? We just got Alison back."

"What Catt's doing is brilliant." Lilac finally looked up, her expression serious. "We don't have much time, Chels. Alice is still out there, and she's getting more dangerous by the day. We need to strike before she realizes how close we are to disrupting her control."

Catt glanced over from her desk, her fingers pausing on the keyboard. "Lilac's right. The longer we wait, the more power she'll gain."

Chelsea sighed, running a hand through her lavender hair. "I know, I know. It's just... after everything that's happened, I was hoping for a little more time to catch our breath."

Lilac softened, the stern look in her eyes giving way to a brief smile. "I get it, Chels. But we're almost there. This next phase could be the one that turns everything around. We just need to stay focused."

Chelsea nodded, feeling the weight of Lilac's words. "So, what's the plan?"

Lilac set her phone down and sat up, giving her full attention to the group. "We're going to infiltrate Wonderland Palace again, but this time, we're going to bring an entire army with us."

"What about Alison?" Chelsea asked softly.

Lilac's expression tightened. "She'll be with us. After what happened last time, I'm not leaving her out of my sight. But she won't be on the front lines. She's still recovering, and I'm not taking any more risks with her life."

Catt gave a firm nod. "We've got this, Chels. We'll take Alice down, and when we do, Wonderland Palace will be free."

Chelsea hesitated, glancing at Lilac and then back at Catt. "Alright, I'm in. Let's do this. But if anything feels off, we pull back, no questions asked."
