Y/N's POV
I was sitting in my room in MALFOY Manor. I had just come back from Remus's house. Mom had looked really shocked when she had found out where I was. I specifically remember mom coming in to Remus's house, and Remus, quickly running out of the room, and closing the door so that I couldn't hear their conversation. It was very strange to see Remus behave like this. Suddenly, my door opened, and dad walked in.
Rodolphus's POV
I stood there, in the doorway of Y/N's room. 'Well, uh, um, hello Y/N, uh, um,' I stammered pathetically. I'm not one of those people who is emotionally close with anyone, so it was very hard to connect with Y/N, even though she/he was my own daughter/son. ' I wanted to talk about your mother, and, well, this, um, potion. Well, you see, uh, um, I kind of, maybe, possibly, ok fine, I take this bloody potion too! My dad, Thomas Lestrange, the second, pretty much does the exact same thing that Signous does with your mother. He comes into my room, and gives me that blasted potion every single day. I managed to skip taking it today, and get a chance to talk to you about it. I just need you to understand why I'm not always around. I don't want you to be exposed to the same thing that your mother exposes you too. not that I'm blaming her anything, but I just don't want you to have two parents that are out of their minds. Please forgive me Y/N.'
Y/N's POV
I was staring at my dad in disbelief. So, my dad took the potion to apparently. I couldn't believe that I was hearing this. I ran over to my dad, and hugged him as tightly as anyone had ever hugged him in his life. Mom told me that Dad wasn't the emotional sort, so we probably didn't have a lot of hugs a lot of the time. But my dad embraced the hug all the same.
