New York's road will never be silent,
that's how our communication ran.
All the day, all the night,
there'll be no time, we'll miss to say goodnight. If I had the chance to repair any mistake,
that would be letting it fade, it faded from the stupidness I've made.
I've told you once, that no one would ever love you, the way I love you,
but you're just to ignorant to enter my world and to listen to my word. How foolish am I? How foolish it is?
How does a prey cry once mauled by the predator?
It's too insane to think of, but this is the truth.
You're my everything, my special thing,
but you got lost, in the midst of words painted, from fear and being hopeless. Our friendship ended like a quiet disaster.
I thought it's everlasting, like car horns in New York City,
but it was just temporarily in ourselves.
I'll wait again, for the right time again,
that you and I, will comeback someday!Trivia: I wrote this poem from nothing. My phone got drained so I decided to write something from a receipt I have in my bag. So I thought of a title "New York" to compare it's noise from a happiness of two friends where, one fell in love then ended in a frienship that faded and didn't last. Then I also placed the term "How Foolish" to emphasize that it was too foolish to believe on someone that didn't even truly treat you right. So I came to, "How Foolish? (New York)".
