I was at work already cleaning my table since I couldn't stand dirty or messy things while I finished cleaning Lucas called me

-Yes sir

-Mia I need schedule for my meetings next week I will start having meetings

-ohh okay sir I was about to leave when Lucas's voice stopped me

-Mia here is your bracelet

-Thanks sir I was looking for everywhere he ignored me but I didn't care at least I found my bracelet

I left his office and went back to my desk and wore my bracelet it was my favorite bracelet since Alice gave to me we were like sisters I grew up without my parents since they passed away in the car crash when I was little and Alice and her parents were like second family to me

I was doing Lucas's schedule ohh god he will be busy for whole week he will have meetings straight 5 days

After I finished his schedule I gave to him and then Alice came to me

-girl you found the bracelet where was it?

-Lucas gave it to me I left it there

-you guys look so cute together

-Alice stop pls we are here at work and people will hear it

-okay I will stop but I ship you both

- Alice it was only one night stand nothing more

-okay okay but I am still thinking about ship names so I can get on your nerves

- ohh Alice stop it right now

Lucas came in my office I was scared what if he heard all the conversation I had with Alice

-Alice go back to work you should know that I hate people who are lazy and don't do their work on time and I need work papers so go back to your desk Lucas said in serious and angry tone I flinched at his attitude

-Okay I will sir I am sorry
Alice left

-Mia continue working and don't get distracted I hate when people are like that and if you think that I will forgive you because we had sex for only one night you are so wrong Lucas said in serious and angry tone I could feel that he wanted to yell but he couldn't since people were around

I wanted to scream at him but I composed myself or if I do something stupid he would have fired me so I continue working

Omg how are all bosses pain in the ass I understand they want to everything to be "perfect" but life doesn't work that way I wanted to choke Lucas and I wished that night stand didn't happened especially he is my boss there is 7billion people out there and he is my boss aghh I couldn't stand him I hated him so much I wanted to quit this job because of him but I had my best friend Alice here and this job pays a lot of money

I was working a lot after I was finished me and Alice started walking home when car pulled over and it was Alex. Alex is Alice's boyfriend well future husband

-hey babe how are you doing Alex said while hugging Alice

-Hey babe I am fine it's just work was so exhausting

-come here Mia I will drive you to your house

-okay thanks so much Alex I was happy that I didn't have to walk to home

We got into his car and started driving I gotta say my girl Alice won the guy he was sweet and gentlemen with Alice he would always treat Alice so good I wished I had that type of relationship with a love of my life I had a toxic ex boyfriend John he was always pressuring me and he wouldn't let me wear anything I want if I did he had to see it or one time he beat up one of my boy friends since we were hugging to eachother and since that day we stopped being friends and I broke up with John I hate men since that day except for Alex and Alice's dad they are sweet to me

Since I was lost in my thoughts Alice called out to me and started playing some music in the car and we were vibing a lot
