"Hey" he said. "Hey" he sat down. "Raelyn really seems to like you" he said. "She's a nice kid. I didn't know you had a sister" he smiled. "Yeah not many people do"

"I'm sorry about Aubreigh" I said. "It's fine, probably a good thing it happened. She's not the, nicest person to get along with?"

"Yeah, I know" we heard a car door slam. Their parents must've just gotten home. "Hey random question but do you think I can have your number? I mean, if Raelyn likes you I have a feeling my parents might ask you tbabysit more so it might be good to have it. That is, if you still wanna babysit her"

"Yeah sure" I gave him my mom and he put his phone number in. Their parents walked in the house. "Hi Halle! How'd it go?" Ms,Wyatt said. "I think it went well." Jordyn came over. "Mom, Raelyn told me to ask you to get halle to babysit more often. She never likes her babysitters" he said.

"Wow, your good then.. I'll send you the 1200 later." She said. "Wait, what? What do you mean 1200?!" I said. "You know, the 200$ an hour for babysitting Rae? It's been six hours." She said. "I didn't even think I was getting paid, I usually do this for free. Let alone 200!"

She laughed. "Well. That's our usual hourly pay." "I can't take that, I'm sorry." "Why not? You deserve it." She repeated.

"100$ at MOST is what I would take and that's till a lot." "Atleast take 500" she said

"I can't" "perfect!! 500 it is, what's your email?" Jordyn laughed. I ended up giving her my email and then went home. The next day, i went to school. I was with sienna. Jordyn passed by and smiled so i did aswell. "Context?" Sienna said. "Oh, nothing. I babysat his sister yesterday is all." The bell rang.

"Aubreigh Evan's already has a new boyfriend" sienna said. « Not surprising » she laughed. After school, i won and babysit raelyn again. As i did the day before, i put her to bed then talked to Jordyn. This happened for a couple weeks.

One night was different. He was acting weird. The things we usually laughed about, he was quiet about. "Are you okay, you're weirder then usual." I said. "Yeah im fine, just aubs." "What about her?" I said.

"She flexes about her boyfriend all the time and it pisses me off. She's such a bitch but it still makes me jealous." Jordyn spoke, and i stayed silent for a second. "I'm sorry. I would try to help but i don't know what i could do" he smiled. "Wait, you could help" he said. "Um, how"

"Be my girlfriend. Not for real, just pretend. I can make aubreigh jealous and then she'll wanna get back with me!" He yelled. "Oh my gosh this is the dumbest plan you've ever told me."

"Please Halle, i miss her. I'll even pay you." I rolled my eyes. "Whatever, no one's gonna believe you though" he smiled "Oh they will, but you can't tell anyone ever that it's fake. Not even sienna." I didn't know he knew sienna was my best friend, i guess i spend all my time with her that most people know. "Okay, but what if people do find out? How are you gonna explain yourself?"

"Don't worry about that, I'll worry about it if it happens. Which it wont." I smiled "yeah, alright" he gave me a hoodie to wear. "Wear this to school tomorow, aubreigh always wanted to wear this one. She's gonna be super mad" he said

"Jordyn this is kinda mean. I don't like aubreigh but what if you just end up hurting her instead of making her want you back?"

"I don't think so, aubreigh doesn't care that much for people that she would get hurt over anyone." He said. "so why would you wanna be with her?" He paused. "I'm gonna go home, just think about it. Text me in the morning if you still want me to wear the hoodie."

i ended up going home later after raelyn and Jordyn's parents got home. i walked into the house and went to my room, my dad and siblings must've been asleep. I went to Taylor's room and checked up on her, she was lightly snoring. I went back to my room.
