Fresh ran down the stairs and hallways, looking into every room and slamming open every door, gaining some... followers in the process. Let's just say some of the doors had a few people in them.
As he ran down the last flight of stairs he could start to hear Ink giving a speech.
"Well, Dream? Could you please hand me the vials?" His voice echoed through the halls and off the walls.
"Wait... where'd the last one go?!" Ink said angrily. Fresh smiled before being blinded by light and taking a few steps back. When he looked behind him he could see the monsters running after him. His glasses changed to 'OH-NO'
"The parasite! Where'd he go?!" Ink yelled over his microphone. Fresh covered his... 'ears'. The monsters chasing him were catching up quickly and Fresh was trying to think of something to do. Fast. He summoned a bone infected with The Fresh Virus and held it in the air, threatening to infect the base. The monsters stopped in their tracks.
"Ya' wouldn't dare ta'!" Red shouted. Other monsters argued with each other.
"The joint would look so much fresher!" Fresh said in a happy-go-lucky tone. Red scoffed at him.
Everyone in the group could hear Ink bickering about the vials. Red noticed something.
"Ya' didn't... did ya'?" Red asked cautiously.
"Hah! Of course you're ol' bro did!" Fresh laughed, holding up a vial. Red's eye flickered. Fresh didn't pay much mind to it until...
The glass shattered. The vial was broken by a sharp pointed bone. The DETERMINATION ran down Fresh's hand, melting his gloves and bony fingers.
"Aw snap," Fresh said, "ya' ruined my brand new host!"
Red glared at him, "That's all ya' got ta' say?"
"Uh... Yeah?" Fresh responded. The DETERMINATION slowly crawled up his host's arm, melting the host's bones, making them almost unusable.. As Fresh noticed this he began to panic. What was he going to do? His host wasn't going to dust, Determination didn't work like that, but how is he supposed to escape without making himself vulnerable to attack? If he stayed in his host for much longer he might not be able to leave...
"UGH! JUST DUST THEM NOW!" Ink yelled, signaling for Dream and Swap to execute the group. Error started by easily breaking the handcuffs, the chains breaking in two, and using his strings to pull himself away from Dream and Swap. The rest of The Bad Sanses jumped back too. Horror, Dust, and Cross all easily broke their handcuffs as well.
Ink flicked his paintbrush at Nightmare and Killer, the paint seeped into the metal and changed the normal handcuffs into magic suppressing ones. Now their handcuffs were agonizingly strong. Nightmare was able to slip out of them but... Killer was unable to.
"Come on... Come on!" He muttered to himself.
A fight broke and Ink charged at Error, who wrapped strings around him. Ink broke out of them and they continued fighting from a long distance. Nightmare was fighting Dream. Dream kept trying to keep a distance so he could use his bow, but Nightmare was closing in on him. Cross was fighting Swap. They were both in close combat, Cross using his knife and Swap using a pointed bone.
Ink shot a batch of red paint at Error. When it hit his scarf the comfortable blue material started to dissolve. He threw off the scarf harshly into the concrete, where the paint moved through the rest of the scarf, dissolving it into nothing but stray scraps of blue string.
"Ugh! 4nd th3re g0es another-th3r on3..." Error muttered as he looked to the side, where the remains of his scarf blew in the soft breeze... then, his eyes widened... Killer couldn't get out of his magic suppressing handcuffs. "Oh no..." Error thought to himself as he looked over. Ink seemed to notice Error staring and dashed over to Killer.
