co-owner?

Heyyyyy my lovely beautiful readers. So I really really REALLY need help with something. As you may know I get my phone taken away and stuff and I only have my laptop, well I think  it would be good if I had a co-owner type thing, like whenever for example: say I get ALL my electronics taken away including my laptop and I'm not able to update, but if I have like a co-owner type thing then they can update for me.
