"Hello. I have some news. She's on the machine. If we take her off, she'll die naturally, but we can take her into surgery, this surgery, unfortunately, turns out fatal sometimes, her head was clotting with blood because the doctor didn't stitch up her head right. She blacked out from to much blood flow into the brain. Again, either way it's not a positive outcome." The doctor held the clipboard very close to their chest.
Your mom looked at Mac then back at the doctor.
"Well I don't want her to die now. Do the surgery please. But I'm begging you. Get the best surgeons possible." Your mom pleaded.
"Ma'am, we have the perfect surgeon team for her." She smiled and walked back into the hallway.
Hours passed- then it was the next day. Mac left, but he promised he would come back early in the morning.
-MAC'S POV-
I can't let her slip out of my fingertips like that. She means too much to me. You started crying. You were driving to the hospital. You prayed in the parking lot. Then walked inside.
You walked to the waiting room to see y/n's mom not there.
Your heart sunk. Where is she?
You asked the counter lady to help you find them. She knew it was family only but considering it was 5:23am, she let you.
You walked into y/n's room. Her mom holding onto her hand. Her head was bandaged and she was in a deep sleep.
"How's she doing?" You said as you walked next to her mom.
"Um. She's going to make it." Her mom said as she started tearing up.
