Kaminari smiles to himself, enjoying the quiet moment he has alone with his girlfriend as they cuddle on the couch. Mizumi sighs happily, nuzzling her face into his chest as he holds her close and plays with her hair.
"My kittens are cuddling without me?" Shinso says as he walks into the room, mocking hurt feelings.
"We've been waiting for you to come get me," Mizumi giggles as she gets up to greet him. She wraps her arms around Shinso's waist, smiling up at him as he pets her head.
Kaminari whines a little as the warmth of his human blanket leaves him. Mizumi looks back at him, giggling. "Don't worry, Sparks. I'll be back to cuddle with you again later."
Shinso grins smugly. "You get plenty of alone time with our girl. It's my turn now."
Mizumi giggles again. "Hey, we agreed no fighting over me. There is plenty of me to share with both of you~"
Kaminari smiles as Mizumi leans over to give him a quick peck on the lips. He isn't satisfied with just a little kiss, so he playfully grabs Mizumi, pulling her back down on top of him as he kisses her more passionately. Mizumi squeals, but kisses him back. It's too soon before Shinso grabs Mizumi from behind, pulling her to her feet and wrapping his arms around her middle.
"My Kitty. Mine~" Shinso growls as he kisses and gently bites Mizumi's neck.
"Yours~" Mizumi moans softly as she melts into him, before forcing herself to stand up straight again. She turns around to face Shinso with a stern look. "But only for today. Just because you and me are going on a solo date today doesn't mean you get to skip out on our group date tomorrow. And don't forget it's Denki's turn to pick where we go."
"Yes, Kitty." Shinso says sarcastically as he grabs her hand and gently pushes her in the direction of the door, then leans over to give Kaminari a quick kiss too. This whole polyamorous relationship thing has taken quite a bit of getting used to for all of them, but Shinso can at least show his boyfriend a little affection before he takes their girl away from him for a couple of hours. "We'll see you later, Denki."
Kaminari returns the quick kiss and smiles a little. He had a solo date with Shinso yesterday, so he shouldn't be too jealous that he's alone for a few hours. "Yeah. See you later. Have fun, you two. I love you both."
"We love you too," Mizumi and Shinso say in unison before turning to each other and smiling in amusement at the accidental coordination.

Kaminari smiles to himself as he watches his partners leave for their solo date. He doesn't like being alone, even if it's only for a couple of hours. And unfortunately, he can't even play with Bandit anymore. When the teachers found out Mizumi had a pet in the dorms, they told her she wasn't allowed to keep him. Sosuke had agreed to take care of the cat for her so she didn't have to say goodbye entirely, and secretly brings him over every once in awhile so his sister can see her precious fur baby.
As Kaminari wanders aimlessly around the dorms looking for something to do or someone to hang out with, Koda comes home.
"Hey, Kaminari. I have a question for you, about Mizumi." Koda says quietly, snapping Kaminari out of his thoughts.
"Yeah, what's up?"
"Her father was a marine biologist, right? I think she briefly mentioned something about him one time."
"Yeah, why?"
"Did his name happen to be Mahito Mizumi, the man who could talk to fish?"
"Yeah, how did you know that? As far as I know, she's never told anyone that. She doesn't talk about her parents much."
"The aquarium that he worked at built a shrine to honor his memory. I don't think Mizumi knows about it since she has never been there. You should take her there so she can see it sometime."
There's a shrine at an aquarium to honor her father's memory? After what had happened with her father's tapes, Mizumi has been really depressed about her father's death. This could be a good opportunity, Kaminari thinks. He will have to talk to Shinso about it first, though. He deserves to know what's been going through Mizumi's head lately.

When Shinso brings Mizumi home later that evening, Kaminari pulls him aside to fill him in on the situation. The boys come to an agreement that it would be a good idea to bring their girlfriend to her father's shrine. But they're not going to tell her about it just yet. They're going to let it be a surprise.
