I wake up feeling lonely and sad.
Iturn over in bed half expecting Aidan to be there but he was not.
I

take my phone off charge and see that i have a lot off unread messages and missed phone calls from Aidan.
howevef that was not my first concern

I had a notification from my calendar app saying that it was my little sisters birthday in about a week and a half.
It made me think for a minute.
What if i book a flight back to my hometown?
I mean, me and Aidan arent on good terms at the moment and i havent seen my family in a while and my sisters birthday could be my excuse to go.

I eventually cave and start looking at flights back to my home country.
The cheapest one was in 2 days at 2pm.
This means i can still go see him at his concert.
I still want to support him.
I still love him.

I book the flight and eventually check the messages from Aidan dreading it from the moment i opened our chats.

His poor team as well.
They must be living through absolute hell right now as i have for the past week or so.
I decide to message him back.

Simple yet telling.
Very dry and short to say that i dont want to talk to him right now.
Clearly my message doesnt white get through to him properly and he begins blowing up my phone again.
