Meerab was back in that dark, suffocating room, Murtasim's hulking form looming over her. She tried to shrink away, to escape his grasp, but his hands were like iron, turning her roughly onto her stomach.

"No, please!" she begged, her voice small and trembling. "Not again, I can't...Bass...aur nahi..."

But Murtasim paid no heed to her pleas. He seized her hips, yanking her towards him, and Meerab felt a fresh wave of terror wash over her. She squeezed her eyes shut, bracing herself.

Murtasim leaned in, his hot breath on her neck. "You think you can get away from me?" he growled. "You're mine."

With that, he thrust into her, brutally and without warning. Meerab's eyes flew open as she let out a guttural scream, the searing pain tearing through her.

"Aaaahh.....Murtasim, no! Please, stop! Aaahhh dar-darrdd ho raha hai" she cried, her voice hoarse with desperation. "It hurts, it hurts so much! Aaahhh maa..."

But Murtasim only seemed to relish her agony, pounding into her with a feral, animalistic intensity. Meerab's fingers clawed at the sheets, her knuckles white with the strain, as she tried in vain to pull away.

"Aah, aah, no more, I can't!" she pleaded, tears streaming down her face. "It's too much, I can't take it! Dar--aaahh aahh ahhhh ...nahi na-nghh... please..."

Murtasim's fingers dug into the soft flesh of her hips, leaving livid bruises in their wake. He yanked her towards him, over and over, each thrust more savage than the last, seeking a sadistic pleasure in her screams of pain.

"Murtasim, nahi, aur nahi!" Meerab begged, her voice barely above a whisper. "Please, please stop, I'm begging you! Ba-bahut dard ho-ho Raha hai... please nahhii aahhh..... please bas karo...dard - dar aaahh"

But Murtasim seemed lost in a haze of cruelty, his only response sharp, stinging slaps across her arse turning the skin burning crimson. Meerab cried out, the pain radiating through her entire body "Murtasim please nahi aise nahi...."

"Dard ho raha hai, bas, aur nahi," she whimpered, her words dissolving into gut-wrenching sobs. "Please, Murtasim, please...nahiii...aur Saha nahi jaa Raha...murt-asi aahhh---"

The relentless assault continued, Meerab's pleas falling on deaf ears. She felt as though she was being torn apart, her very soul shredding with each brutal thrust. The agony was all-consuming, and she longed for it to end, to slip into the sweet embrace of oblivion.

Suddenly, Meerab jolted awake, her heart pounding, her body drenched in a cold sweat. The nightmare had been so vivid, so visceral, that for a moment she couldn't tell if she was still trapped in that hellish reality.

Shaking, she looked around the sterile hospital room, desperately seeking the comfort of safety and familiarity. But the lingering sensations of Murtasim's touch, the echoes of her own agonized screams, haunted her still, a nightmare that refused to be silenced.

Meerab's eyes snapped open, her chest heaving as she gasped for air. The hospital room spun around her, a blur of beeping machines and sterile white walls. She was drenched in sweat, her body trembling with fear.

The nightmare still lingered, etched in her mind like a fresh wound. Murtasim's face, twisted in sadistic pleasure, haunted her. The memories of that horrific night threatened to consume her.

Meerab's gaze fell upon her bandaged wrists, a harsh reminder of her desperate attempt to escape the agony. Tears streamed down her face as she recalled the unbearable pain, the shame, and the helplessness.

A gentle voice pierced the darkness. "Meerab, beta, you're safe now. You're in the hospital."

Meerab's eyes locked onto the concerned face of her nurse. She tried to speak, but her voice was barely a whisper. "Murtasim...he...he..."

The nurse's expression softened. "He can't hurt you here, Meerab. You're safe."

Meerab's body shook, her mind reeling. She felt trapped, unable to escape the memories. The nurse's words offered little comfort.

With a Herculean effort, Meerab sat up, her eyes scanning the room frantically. She needed to escape, to flee from the darkness that pursued her.

"Please...get me out of here," Meerab begged, her voice cracking.

The nurse hesitated, unsure how to respond. Meerab's desperation was palpable, her pain and fear still raw.

"Meerab, beta, you need to rest. You're not well."

Meerab's gaze turned into pleading. "Please...I can't stay here. I'll die if I stay."

The nurse's expression softened, and she nodded. "Okay, Meerab. We'll get you discharged. But promise me you'll seek help, you'll heal."

Meerab nodded, her eyes welling up with tears. She knew the journey ahead would be arduous, but she was determined to escape the shadows of her past.

Please tell me if it's too triggering... I'll take it down....
