"Mom? Dad? Can we go out for ice cream today?" Chigo asked.

"No." Remon said simply.

"But Dad, You & Mom promised me that we could go!" Chigo complained.

"Listen, I said no! Now, Go to your room and play with your toys!" Remon said harshly.

Chigo turns and begins sobbing as she goes to her room.

"Remon, You don't have to be that way to her. She just wants to spend time with us." Raim said vouching for Chigo.

"Chigo needs to understand that we're having issues of our own. If we let our financial stability go unchecked, Our issues will become her issues in the future. Well, Their issues." Remon said slightly concerned.

"If I didn't know any better, I'd say that you're worried about our children getting bullied for not having nice things." Raim concluded.

Remon shrugged one shoulder as a form of agreeing with his wife.

"All I'm trying to say, Is that it does suck to say no, break promises and disappoint your kids. But, It doesn't mean that you can't make it up to them." Raim said.

"You're right." Remon agreed.

"Besides, There's always the supermarket." Raim pointed.
